Skate playtest still won’t let me resubmit
I had just received an email recognizing the issues myself and others are having with the playtest being auto submitted when page times out or closes while we were trying to get our friends emails to join us in the skate game playtesting. When I get on my account the only option I have is to fill out the “skate. Insider Playtesting Signup” but the “skate. Playtest from March 11 until Early Access form.” doesn’t exist anywhere on my account. It just says I have been approved for the skate playtest under the playtest schedule list. I don’t have the option to resubmit to survey either. Big bummer because when I saw the email I assumed the issue was fixed and I could now add my buddies. Also when I try to click the direct link in in my email the link for the skate early access form it redirect me to sign in than I just see that same screen saying I’m approved but no place to do/resubmit the survey.
Official EA Phishing help contradicts itself
The official Phishing help page on the EA website explicitly states that "All ea.com subdomains will lead with the subcategory, then ea.com", however the playtesting site contradicts this "ea.arcsivr.com". This makes any invite to playtest seem like a phishing attempt. I believe this should be corrected or at least specifically stated as an exception to the rule so that the website regains some legitimacy.
Playtesting error
Hi Few days ago sign in to portal. Answer all questions save profil and ... day after get email from ea to update information. Log in and all information i put in ... disapear. Do it again thinkin ok sometimes it happend. Today login to portal and i suprised - my profile have just eamail and phone number... Somebody have same issue ? Try to contact with ea but cant find how to... help pls Besties Fabio
Apex Horizon zu viel generft
Hallo alle zusammen, ich war jetzt sehr lange nicht mehr in Apex drin. Habe neulich wieder angefangen und muss auch sagen, es hat sich so viel verändert 🙄. Horizon war immer meine Fav/Main Legende. Ich habe gehört sie wurde etwas generft, bis ich es selbst gemerkt habe. Also der Lift bringt ja absolut nichts mehr ( zu langsames hoch fliegen und man kann nicht mehr oben drauf bleiben.), dass schwarze Loch geht Kapput wenn man Granaten rein wirft und es zieht einen nicht mehr durch Wände etc. Was ist eure Meinung dazu, und kann man als Community dafür sorgen, dass Horizon wieder gebufft wird? Freue mich über jede einzelne Antwort! Mfg.
EA Playtest speichert meine Preferences nicht.
Guten Morgen und frohe Ostern, vielleicht kann mir hier ja Jemand helfen. Der Support war leider ratlos und ich warte nun seit mehr als 4 Wochen auf die Antwort des "Spezialisten". Ich kann meine Preferences in der EA Playtest Seite eingeben und auch alles bis zum Ende durchklicken und sobald ich auf die Profilseite komme, sind auch alle Daten da. Aber sobald ich die Seite neulade oder mich abmelde, verschwinden die Daten für den Namen aus dem Profil wieder. Ich habe mit dem Support zusammen schon verschiedene Browser und auch frisch installierte Browser ausprobiert. Cache usw gelöscht. Dieses Problem habe ich seit mehreren Jahren schon und kann deswegen an keinen Playtest teilnehmen. Ich habe auch vor ca 1,5 Monaten den PC komplett neu aufgesetzt. Es hat keine Veränderung gebracht. Hat hier Jemand ein Ähnliches Problem und weiß vielleicht Rat?
EA Bann
Guten Tag, kann mir jemand helfen ? Mein Konto wurde fälschlicherweise deaktiviert/ Bann bekommen und bei meinem Fall hat EA nach 2 Tagen den “Status” auf behoben aktualisiert und ich kann immer noch nicht in mein Konto rein. Wie lange dauert es nach dem Status “behoben” bis ich wieder Zugriff hab ?
EA Playtest site not working
Im trying to log into the EA website to see the playtests, but it just says: "The application has encountered an error. It doesn't appear to have affected yout data. Lets start againtest. This seems to only be a problem on the English Language. If i change the language to French or German, then I can log in fine, but not able to read anything since i dont know french or german
