Charged terminal illness patient with limited income 2x then removed game
Can EA give me a human and not automated response? Y’all billed me 2x and when 1 charge was reversed of the DOUBLE billed you decided to remove my game, tell me I’m one infarct away from being banned and when I gave proof you sent an auto email back. EA double charged me for 4 sims 4 DLC. I caught it on PayPal instead of roughly $60 I was charged over $120 on a limited income with a **bleep** terminal illness that uses this game to escape. I reached out to PayPal they verified I was billed DOUBLE werewolves & a bundle when on sale. Now you’ve sent me emails saying I have to rebuy it (now not on sale and way over budget) when y’all billed me 2x for each item I purchased. Now I’m out $60+ and you removed my game that I paid for, again, DOUBLE for. Please a human contact me. Thanks.
Can’t link new account
So I can play madden because my old online EA account is no longer use, I don’t have the email and can’t recover the email, I tired chat and the one person didn’t help me much I’m trying to link my new account to my PS5 but I can cuz of the life time link which I think is very dumb. But I tried doing live chat again but it won’t let me. Does anybody have answers or advice on how to help me out??
Is anyone else unable to proceed in EA's recruitment process?
I've recently applied for a game tester job in Madrid, but when I got my email to log in to the The Key Talent platform to take the Videogame Tester, I couldnt even start it because the system wouldnt accept my CV. It kept saying "File format is not available" even though my CV was in PDF format, exactly like the website asked. And when I press "If you encounter any problems, click here" all I get is the error "There was an error sending your message. We’re sorry, something went wrong. Please try again."
EA anticheat causing every game that uses it to crash
I see many others are facing the same issue so posting this mainly for viz so maybe some dev could see this and fix this issue. Happens on all the battlefield games for me Since last august i havent been able to play the game at all, i get into match, play for few minutes and then boom game crashes with no errors. I get these in eventvwr EAAntiCheatService ExitType: 96 (37) The EAAntiCheatService service terminated with the following error: %%4294901856 I have tried reinstalling the game and anticheat, i also went ahead and deleted ALL the caches as someone suggested but still, game isnt working. this is really frustrating. Btw also noticed bf3 has problem recognizing game key, ever since EA app replaced origin all has gone to **bleep** literally, bring origin back and throw this wasteful software in the garbage that clearly caused more problems than solved.
EA Playtest site not working
Im trying to log into the EA website to see the playtests, but it just says: "The application has encountered an error. It doesn't appear to have affected yout data. Lets start againtest. This seems to only be a problem on the English Language. If i change the language to French or German, then I can log in fine, but not able to read anything since i dont know french or german
