EA Play Deployment Pack - BF6, not available for the Epic store subs of EA Play
I am having this exact same issue. I replied under this person's post which seems to have not gathered any official response or feedback. As said in my reply under this post. I am unable to also access the in game rewards, specifically the deployment pack which is stated to be available to both EA Play and EA Play Pro subscribers. I will link to the website where this is stated with no disclaimer that says it is only available if you sub through the EA App. Since EA Play is available on multiple platforms I would then be somewhat justified in assuming it is available to all EA Play members since no official disclaimer has been posted or can be found. It is neither present in the EA Play terms and conditions on the page but in fact states that EA Play once again is available on several platforms.
Paid for EA Play via Epic Games 3 Days Ago - Still No Service!
It has been exactly 3 days since I paid for an EA Play subscription via Epic Games, and I still have absolutely zero access to the service. I have already contacted Epic Games support, and they explicitly stated that the activation process is managed entirely by EA, effectively pointing the finger at you. As a paying customer, I am sick and tired of being stuck in the middle of your failed technical integration with Epic. There is no option to link accounts on the Epic side, and your EA App just throws meaningless error messages whenever I try to launch a game I paid for. Do NOT reply with standard troubleshooting articles or generic "we are looking into it" responses; I have already tried everything. I have paid for a service I am not receiving, which is unacceptable. I demand that you manually activate my subscription or fix your backend issues immediately. Jedi Survivor cross save between EA play and Epic Games
If i played jedi survivor in ea play and then i buy it in epic games, can my save file be transferred? The question comes since I started the gamr through gamepass, ehich includes access to all ea play games and my 14 day trial is going to expire soon. The thing is that the game is on sale on Epic Games. what I want to know is that since the Epic Games version uses the EA account, it can be accessed through the same application I am currently playing it
DisplayName error while launching STAR WARS Jedi - Fallen Order™ using EA Play
Hi I bought my EA Game pass using Epic games launcher and then installed. STAR WARS Jedi - Fallen Order™ Epic game automatically downloaded the EA launcher and help me log in using my email address and also linked my EA account with EPIC games account Now i am having 2 issues 1. EA launcher is not detecting my EA Play pass that i bought using EPIC Games. 2. Unable to launch STAR WARS Jedi - Fallen Order™ it says DisplayName is missing Please refer below image.
