OVER HEAD CABINETS
I'M TRYING TO GRASP HOW CREATING A DISCUSSION IS GOING TO SOLVE A TECHNICAL ISSUE, ESPECIALLY WHEN I'VE DONE EVERY WALK-THROUGH THAT YOU GUYS WILL TELL ME TO DO. I'M BEYOND ANNOYED WITH THIS. FOR THE LAST THREE DAYS I'VE BEEN DOING TECH WORK TRYING TO FIGURE OUT WHAT COULD BE THE ISSUE. 1ST- OVER THE WEEKEND THE GAME DECIDED IT DIDN'T WANT TO FUNCTION AFTER THE UPDATE EVEN WITH MODS UPDATED. I DID RECEIVE AN EEROR 123 CODE AND THEN I REMOVED EVERYTHING, REPAIRED, AND DISABLED MODS AND CC, AND THE GAME WAS IN A CONSTANT LOADING LOOP. FORCE CLOSED THE GAME. UNINSTALLED THE GAME AND TRIED AGAIN THIS TIME THE GAME STARTED BUT NOW THE ISSUE IS THE GAME IS IN A STATE WHERE I AM UNABLE TO PLACE OVERHEAD KITCHEN CABINETS FROM LIFE AND DEATH OR ANY CABINETS AT ALL BEFORE THE GAME CRASHES! Can't open EA app or Origin on macOS
I get the following messages when I try to open Origin to access the Sims 4: Cannot start because required game data is missing or damaged. Please repair or reinstall the game via Origin. [85262c58:29f00e76:00000000:00000000] I can't access the games at all on my macOS without Origin and I can't download the EA app because it won't run on macOS Sequoia and Origin won't run on macOS Sequoia. So, I have no access to the games that I paid for and EA hasn't ensured that all Sims 4 users will or can have access despite the planned changeover from Origin.
[GF] Actor: GUI for audition/gig not properly updating
My Sim is an actor. The sim goes to his audition. He leaves the house and is at the rabbit hole. And after the audition is over, I don't get the pop-up saying if he passed or failed. In fact, he just comes home and the career panel says he still has the audition at that time. I've tried several times and I still get the same result. I keep getting this 102 code while I'm playing the Akiyama Family from the Snowy Escapes Pack. It happens everytime one of them go to work (The Salaryperson Career) like for example this time when I got the code I had save and exited the game and went to log back on and I got this code, I also got this code yesterday (March 3, 2025) when I had them work 'overtime' and they came home early when they should of stayed at work, I left and tried to come back, but got the same 102 ERROR code. I have NO MODS/CC, this is the ONLY Family I'm having this issue with. I backed up my game files through Steam and that didn't help either the only thing that fixed it was when I was on another family had a memeber go to there home and waited for my sims to come home from work and then I could play on them.[PLEASE READ] Save Game Corruption

Lots start to get deleted, causing endless loading, loading into empty lots or Error Codes 800/801. Where to post It seems that in order to better track the causes for this issue, separate threads are needed. You do not need to repost any info you already posted here. There are currently different issues so please use either of these going forward. Make sure to read through the first post of each to be sure you’re posting in the correct thread. Please be aware that this issue isn't a corrupted save game. It's a corrupt lot. If you downloaded a few random lots from the gallery and you start to get endless loading with them, please use this thread: Placing lots from the gallery freezes game/endless loading If you're buildings are disappearing but the furniture is still there, use this thread: Floating furniture and building completely gone If you’re buildings are disappearing/reverts to base, you have exclamation marks or lamas on the map or the houses are different on the map and in the game (even after loading into the lot), please use this thread: Houses/Lots Disappear Troubleshooting The issue is really hard to pinpoint but there are a few things that can accelerated the issue. This issue is not mod caused but it can be influenced by mods and cheats, especially if you create lots of Residential Rental units in your save game. Save Game Size. The issue usually typically happens on larger save games. There are a few factors that contribute to save game size that you can keep an eye on Lots of huge houses with lots of objects: Try to keep those down. Consider using empty houses for set decoration if you don't play certain lots but want houses to make it look nicer Photos Sims take ingame. Try to only keep the photos you really like and that contribute to your gameplay. Delete everything else. Photos take up a lot of space in the save. Lots of Sims. The game creates Sims at abundance. Delete the ones you don't use from time to time. Usually there's nothing you can do once it starts happening.

I’ve done 4 landlord events and 3 of them have said I’ve failed to do anything and my unit rating has lowered even though I’ve done them. I’ve had one say I did it. Windows cannot find EALauncher.exe, when it's right there
I had an issue with the EA app, and uninstalled and reinstalled it. Yesterday after reinstalling, the app worked fine, today it won't let me launch the app despite it working yesterday. The error i get makes no sense... please help. When moving it to another directory, and launching the app from there, i get the error code EC:104, where it first says background services has crashed. When I try to repair the issue, it resets and the same issue repeats.
