Events and Draft Modes - Not Tracking Wins Correctly - No Rewards Given
Anyone else running into this issue where WINS are not tracking correctly in EVENTS, specifically the Solo Gone Pro events (was also affecting Homegrown, Record Breakers, & Eggstra) and DRAFT mode What If? event? It will ONLY count the first win, no matter how many games you win. This first started with the Record Breakers events around 6 weeks ago. I opened a ticket with EA Help and on this forum. The case was closed on April 7th. No resolution. I opened another case today with EA Help. They acknowledge this is a known issue and they are working to resolve. I hope this is the case, but I am skeptical about the timeliness of this issue being resolved, especially since I would like to earn the rewards and tokens that you are ONLY able to earn through these specific events/modes. EA Help always ask to check the forums - I ask that if anyone else on this forum is experiencing this issue to please COMMENT on this thread to help bring more attention to the EA Moderators and Dev teams. Events not tracking….it started for me not tracking when I put a 20 man alumni team together to do the weekly H2H get 15 wins or whatever. None of the wins tracked and from then on mirage, graduation, draft, etc will not track. Solo event like seasons or study hall do track. Online H2H seasons track. I feel like it’s some roster bug that I can’t figure out. Ea is no help.
Kicked out of game
Just got kicked out of a game with a message saying the scores and stats would be lost only to restart the game and find out i got a loss. that second game in the attachment listed was supposed to not count. EA as much money as yall take from us maybe you can send your people back to school to learn how to make a decent sports game. Just saying.
Ultimate Team Glitch!!!!!
It’s been 5 days and I still can’t access ultimate team. I get a “Server error” as soon as I click ultimate team. I have tried every troubleshoot possible and when I sign into a different account on the same console I’m able to access it. I need a points refund if I just won’t be able to access it ever again. I’ve seen multiple people post about and still zero communication on it.New graduation event not tracking more than 1 win.
Apparently my account is just broken. Alumni, mirage and now graduation events such as the **bleep** LAUDE solo vs cpu only allows me 1 win. After winning the next game it stays at 1. Just like the mirage event, and alumni.. ea can’t figure it out……Broken events still
Going to keep posting until someone care. Screenshot says it all. Graduation Commencement H2H 16 wins level 7. Games played 1 games remaining 1999. Packs missed from this promo 6 crappy 96+BND the point is I payed for this broken **bleep**, along with the field pass. No other events are tracking.ULTIMATE TEAM BUG
I can play every other mode, but every time I click Ultimate Team it says: “Our servers cannot process your request at this time. Please try again later.” I’ve reset my Xbox, closed and reopened the game over 50 times, and nothing works. I know there was an update yesterday, but my buddy’s account is working perfectly fine. What’s going on EA? We need answers. #FIXTHEBUGWhy even have forums?
EA!!!! You could care less about your customers. It’s been 2 weeks since even a response on these issues. Get bent! I won’t be buying your season 9 pass or anything else until something is done. I’ve yet to even receive an apology. Yall are aware there is an issue….. do something about it!!!
