URGENT: EA STILL WONT GIVE US OUR SURVEY CODES
Guys, it's been nearly 2 WEEKS! and we still haven't gotten our reward codes from the survey, and I chatted to the support, and it was crazy! It started off with them saying that i wasn't eligible to receive the code when I literally completed the survey the moment it came out and then they put me on a wait for 21 MINUTES just to talk to someone else who couldnt help me and they wanted me to go to the playtesting website to find help but there is NO links to contact anyone from the playtesting team at ALL. This is a sign to say that I don't think any of us will get our codes as long as we don't constantly tell them to give them to us, because EA is a very money-hungry corporation that can't even give the earned rewards to their biggest fans. I'm very ashamed of all the customer service reps and the playtest team who very clearly don't want us to get our codes because this is unacceptable! Please like this so we can make this be seen all over this forum and share your experiences too!!!!!
No gift code for FC26 after game testing
I completed the game testing for FC26 open world and received and email to complete the survey on the 08/11 and was advised to select a game and I will receive a code on a separate email within 10 days. It’s now been 20+ days and I’ve not had the code sent for the game could you please look into this as a matter of urgency as I can see others also haven’t received their game the game requested was FC26 and I would expect this to be the ultimate given the waiting time thanksSurvey says it's received the max # of responses?...
I tried to answer the survey minutes after I received the email about doing so and in exchange get a free game code, but it immediately said it's received the max number of responses. I waited a few days and tried again but same message. I think it's a bug?Playtest Downloaded a week ago Still no access to the game PS5
Anyone can help with this situation, I downloaded the playtest the day it released, still not able to play a game. says "The EA Sports FC playtest is currently unavailable. please check your invite email for more details. Email states Playtest from Nov 3- 18th........ Checked every day since, same error code. PLEASE HELP
