Playtest + Survey Issues
I was sent a code for the FC playtest, and it worked for about an hour or two, but when I went to play more the next day, all that was there was a message that stated "The EA Sports FC Playtest is currently unavailable. Please check your invite e-mail for more details on when the playtest will be available." I thought that would resolve itself but it hasn't after a few days and it looks like I'm not the only one with this problem. The second issue is that I was going to put all of this in the survey that was sent out earlier today but when I clicked the link to fill it out it said "The maximum number of responses for this group has been met." And again it looks like I am not the only one with this problem. Guys, it's been nearly 2 WEEKS! and we still haven't gotten our reward codes from the survey, and I chatted to the support, and it was crazy! It started off with them saying that i wasn't eligible to receive the code when I literally completed the survey the moment it came out and then they put me on a wait for 21 MINUTES just to talk to someone else who couldnt help me and they wanted me to go to the playtesting website to find help but there is NO links to contact anyone from the playtesting team at ALL. This is a sign to say that I don't think any of us will get our codes as long as we don't constantly tell them to give them to us, because EA is a very money-hungry corporation that can't even give the earned rewards to their biggest fans. I'm very ashamed of all the customer service reps and the playtest team who very clearly don't want us to get our codes because this is unacceptable! I tried to answer the survey minutes after I received the email about doing so and in exchange get a free game code, but it immediately said it's received the max number of responses. I waited a few days and tried again but same message. I think it's a bug?Solved200Views3likes6Comments
