Update Roster Issue Madden 25
Currently an issue on Madden NFL 25 where when I load into the game I check to see if the roster is up to date. It will tell me I have the latest roster, I will set up my Depth Chart to my play style for my team. After doing so I’ll go to Play Now Online Head to Head. It tells me every time that I need to download the latest roster and update my roster. Even if I save the roster, it stays says I need to update my roster trying to play online head to head

The Epic Challenge “Chapter 5: Moments” is damn near IMPOSSIBLE
I have logged over 300 attempts at this challenge now, and I am fed up!!! WHO BEATS THIS CHALLENGE? Does EA track attempts??? What is the success rate on this challenge, 0.0001%???? SO MANY HOURS. SO MANY TRIES. NOTHING WORKS. ONSIDE KICKS, SCORING, MORE ONSIDE KICKS, MORE SCORING, but the offense will explode for a touchdown randomly or the defense AI will pull off an INSANE INTERCEPTION. I AM SICK OF THIS!!!!Major step back for Online H2H
I am a top 300 online h2h player, and by this point I have come to expect few or no improvements when Madden comes out each year. Madden 25 however has made this mode, which already offered pretty much nothing excluding an actual ranking, Actually worse. The ranking system is now nonexistent. Instead of actually seeing your record and stats, you now see the same generic tier base ranking structure That you see in almost every other online game. The colors are actually identical to WZ ranked play mode. Despite not being able to see my record there are so many new plays to keep me entertained I couldn’t wait to make a custom playbook which is standard for me and start learning the new mechanics… Well those don’t work either. I have made both offensive and defensive custom playbooks But when I start a game I noticed about 85% of the formations and plays that I selected are not there. This is even more frustrating when you get paired up with somebody playing with the same team as you. The one positive thing in Madden 24 Was the pregame lobby strategy selection so that you could see the team of your opponent. The strategy aspect itself was Pointless and you would think there could be a simple fix to this without using the strategies any longer but of course That would actually require people at EA actually listening to us the players. A simple Google Search of Madden would show anyone at EA endless complaints highlighting the same issues dating back to madden post ps2/xbox era. Custom Jerseys are also not working in 25.
You took out COOP
Madden 25 no longer has franchise COOP. The red controller still shows up, but you cant switch it over. Also, on PS5, the share play timer runs out and takes that controller out of the game, then comes back as the next color, green then yellow. It did that in 24 and CFB25. If that could be addressed to where I can play coop again and not have to worry about the share play timer, that would make me so happy!
