Need for Speed Heat Dailies Not Showing Up
I understand several users have posted already concerning the daily challenges not showing up in Heat. But, I think unless plenty of users make their grievances known, EA isn't going to do anything. So, I am adding my fuel to the proverbial fire that needs to be lit under EA. I understand the game is 6 years old at this point and fear EA might be thinking of shutting it down soon. Hince, the slow response to resolving the daily issue. Obviously, this would suck, because that would several achievements and trophies unobtainable. This would doubley suck since I just started the game. But, I digress. Hopefully I'm misguided and the issue will be resolved shortlyPLEASE REMASTER NFS MOST WANTED 2012
Hello all! I just downloaded MW2012 on steam on my ~2016 dell latitude laptop a few days ago just to be able to play this game again. Since playing I've been meaning to post on some sort of forum requesting that EA bring this game back as a remaster to the new consoles (I have PS5) and/or at least take nearly everything the game has to offer and put it into a new NFS game. (Remaster first, please). Keep in mind I'm not usually the type to post comments online or on forums or anything really besides my GF on insta LOL. But this is how passionate I feel about how good this game was (is) and how well it was made. Let me start off by saying that I have played every NFS game up to the current NFS Unbound; as a 25 y/o engineer who doesn't have as much time as he used to to enjoy such games, how is it that I am enjoying playing a 13 year old game on a laptop I used for college studies significantly more than the newest game on the newest console? Need For Speed Most Wanted 2012 is so unbelievably "goated" after playing it throughout the years (still got it at the parents house on the 360) I know for a fact it’s more than nostalgia, it’s more than my affinity for racing games, it’s genuinely a fantastic game. Everything from the fun/ease of the driving mechanics, the perfect balance of pursuit/takedown difficulty of cop chases, to one of the best gaming soundtracks ever (old FIFA tier) this game is just so playable. Growing up, I was one of the very few of my gaming friends who were even into racing games. When MW2012 came out, myself and those few others convinced at least 10 other non-racing-game friends to get this game back in the day. My friend even bought a 360 just so he could get this game and play with us bc we were all having a blast in multiplayer lobbies together. On top of the lobbies, perhaps even more important to some, you had the leaderboard amongst your friends for nearly everything - the jumps, speedcams, race times etc. We would spend hours trying to beat each others jump distance or their times. - Okay maybe that was a bit of nostaligia, but the fact that it was able to bring in so many of my friends who were never interested in racing games (or even video games) speaks to the fact that it is just a straight-up fun and easy-to-play game. The map itself is so diverse and unique in the terms of obstacles, jumps, turns, buildings etc. all of which are so perfectly laid out and everything flows so smoothly. The jumps are fun and satisfying, THE SELECTION OF CARS IS INCREDIBLE, the drifting is a blast, the takedowns are satisfying, THE DLC IS INCREDIBLE (probably the only one that has ever been worth my $ besides BO3 zombies chronicles) I could go on and on and on. I think it's a shame that years later this game doesn't get the credit it deserves; all I ever see is how highly regarded the original MW was and UG1&2 are - of course those are certified classics and were great games but MW2012 is different and is the only game I would care to see remastered for the new gen (besides Skate 3 great job on that one EA!) I've even started encouraging my gamer friends to download this masterpeice "Dude, it's $2.99 on steam" and see if we can still get into a lobby tg. A few weeks ago I convinced some of my friends to get the newest, Unbound, when it was on sale and we played it once together but no one could really get into it. Unfortunately, I think some of the newer game(s) are just too difficult/overrefined ? - casuals simply don't have the patience. I really do appreciate what has gone into the customization aspect of the newer games - I love to sit there and design a car exactly the way I would want it irl; but somehow, MW2012 lacking that aspect, almost completely, (besides the "on-the-go" tire/nos/chassis/body/tran which is awesome btw i.e. for switching to reinflates during a cop chase) MW2012 did pretty much everything just right. I think I've yapped enough - thank you EA for creating such a wonderful game - a masterpeice really - and I hope you take into consideration the opinions of people like us blabbing about a 13 y/o game on your forum 😄. Myself and my friends who played this game have had the same opinion since it came out and 13 years later we're still screaming it is one of the greatest games of all time. I just hope it becomes available as a remaster someday soon 🙏 Ok thx bye.Request for a Remastered Edition of Need for Speed: The Run
Dear EA, We, a passionate group of fans, would like to kindly request the development of a Remastered Edition of Need for Speed: The Run. This game holds a special place in our memories for its thrilling story, stunning character designs, and its unforgettable coast-to-coast journey. We humbly suggest that the remaster could include: The full restoration of all additional content (DLC) previously released for console versions, bringing them to PC for the first time. Modern graphical enhancements, including 4K resolution support, improved textures, dynamic lighting upgrades, and an uncapped framerate. Faithful preservation of the original gameplay and story, avoiding unnecessary alterations that might affect the essence of the game. Optimized performance and full controller support on current-generation hardware. We strongly believe that a remastered version would not only rekindle the nostalgia of long-time fans but also introduce a new generation of players to the magic of The Run. Thank you sincerely for considering this request. We deeply appreciate your incredible work and hope to see the spirit of The Run live on for years to come. Respectfully, The Fans of Need for Speed: The RunWhat we want
Now that the NFS team is busy with Battlefield 6 and therefore doesn't yet have a plan for the next game, any of our suggestions could become reality. A great idea could be a major remaster that includes all the Xbox 360/PS3 NFS games (Most Wanted 2005, Carbon, ProStreet, Undercover, Shift, Shift 2, The Run, Most Wanted 2012), as Rockstar Games already did with the GTA Trilogy. It would also be a safe move for EA (and therefore a very possible one), because these are games that have already been well-received and are highly acclaimed, so it would be guaranteed success. The entire community knows how difficult it is to reacquire all the necessary licenses, so it would be more than acceptable to change a few marginal cars. I didn't include Hot Persuit because it has already been remastered. Please leave a like to show how much you care about this project too.Need for Speed No Limit Special Event Bug
I’ve started the 7 day special McLaren Solus GT and I was only able to play for 2 days before the event closed, now I missed the McLaren Solus GT. It’s now showing the next event. Gamer tag 161400106, can anyone assist? The in game support does not respond at all…SolvedAds in Need for Speed: No Limits
I've been playing this game for years by now, and after a few months since the beginning I started purchasing contents. My VIP status says I've nearly 418,000 points, whereas the max for level 10 is 150,000. So, let's say, I'm a paying user. However, I also use the ads-based feature to increase some of the in-game currencies, to decrease the time of waiting, and all those things. I'm perfectly aware that the commercial health of the game relies a lot on what it can earn from ads, because I suppose free-to-play users are the vast majority, so I'm not suggesting to remove them. Nevertheless I would really like more quality control on the ads which are broadcast, and I'm not speaking of their contents (those are maybe based on algorhithms). For me it has always been sort of nonsensical having ads lasting more than 30 seconds in a game where the single races finish in 20-40 seconds, to start with. In some moments you spend more time in ads than playing. Then, there are some ads which makes you exit the game opening an external browser, which is not just annoying but also cause frequent crash the game itself. That means a lot of additional micromanagement in re-entering the game, and loss of time. In particular, in the recent months, the ads by Temu and Booking do that. They clearly are not optimised for this game. Now, you could tell me "Do not wach ads since you pay", and I may do that even losing some advantage I may have despite a paying-user. The point is that those ads are achieving a sort of opposite effect, because, for instance, right now I'm definitely inclined never to use the services of the aforesaid Temu and Booking. So, please, try to better select the ads based on their techinical specs and, possibly, their length. F.Bring back need for speed the run on ps4&5

Hello everyone, As a long time Need For Speed fan, I’ve been wondering why Electronic Arts have not remastered any of the Black Box era NFS games? such as NFS Underground, NFS Underground 2, NFS Most Wanted 2005, NFS Prostreet, NFS Carbon, etc. I also believe that if EA were to do remasters of these games, it would make them a lot of money. EA if you’re reading this, I think a lot of Need For Speed fans would be very grateful if you guys remastered the games I mentioned earlier. The Black Box era of Need For Speed is something that had a major impact on the lives and childhoods of so many players. In my opinion, the remasters of these games would sell very well.Bring NFS games to Apple Arcade

Subject: A Visionary Proposal for the Future of Need for Speed: Returning to the Roots with Prestige and Challenge Introduction: "I know that this text is extremely valuable; it is not just about saving a series, but about laying the foundation to revive and resurrect it. I am Turkish, and I wrote this with the deep emotion and sentiment of my native language. I understand that translating these feelings into English with the same impact is difficult, but I have done my best to convey the vision. I will include the original Turkish version at the end of this post. If there are any developers who speak or understand Turkish, I urge you to read that section, as it will allow you to grasp my intent more clearly and deeply." The Proposal: I believe that "Need for Speed Underground 2" and "Need for Speed Most Wanted" (which I can't even find on the EA website anymore) are the true roots of this franchise, remaining the most beloved and personal titles for fans. I envision a remastered masterpiece that blends the driving physics, camera angles, and pure pleasure of "Need for Speed Underground 2" with the compelling story and unique "boss battle" style races of "Need for Speed Most Wanted". The game should feature cars that possess character and soul; where winning an opponent's car feels meaningful and tied to the story, rather than just unlocking a generic vehicle. Boss battles should be driven by 16–20 flawless race recordings from 8–10 elite players who live and breathe the franchise, ensuring a challenge that surpasses standard AI. More importantly, the boss vehicles must be designed by true automotive enthusiasts who were raised in the car's country of origin; only someone who has grown up in that specific car culture can imbue the vehicles with the authentic soul and identity needed for such a prestigious project. Ideally, this should be a night-racing game that perfectly harmonizes side missions with the main story. Such a game would allow us "old school" players to express our originality while offering a timeless experience for the new generation, effectively reviving the Need for Speed legacy. Furthermore, I strongly suggest that offline races and "Star Races" be infused with such high difficulty and realism that reaching the highest level requires immense effort and pure skill. Access to top-tier vehicles and advanced upgrades—both in offline and online modes—must be incredibly difficult to achieve; this will ensure that only the most dedicated players can reach the top, creating a true sense of prestige and fierce competition. If high-end content is earned through true struggle, it will deeply immerse players and ensure the Need for Speed culture continues for years to come.
