Click Baiting in The Gallery
Hello everyone! Custom posing in the gallery was always a thing to make sims more visible and to attract the people to download your content. However these days the issue is even deeper. People use default replacements to share their sims as Base Game and NoCC content. If I'm honest I'm done with this unhonesty in the community. A lot op people do a great job and follow the rules but they are totally unvisible because a part of community workarounds Gallery system. It's even more unfair that a lot of people as we, console players can not even download CC or replacements. As the result Galllery thumbnails are totally different than the reality. To show you an example, I created really short video to compare The Gallery and the reality: Is it possible to fight somehow with this practice or hide this content?
Is there any point in using the report button?
Is there any point in even using this button, from what I can see all it does is hide the stolen work from you and not remove it from the offenders gallery. I also cannot see that any action is taken with regard to the stolen items by Maxis. Does anyone know any different?
Preset camera Ctrl 6-9 not working
Is it just my game, or is anyone else having a problem with this? In the past I could hold Ctrl and click 6, 7, 8 or 9 (5 too?) to lock a camera position. Lately the cam has occasionally pointed to the ground instead, and today all my attempts do fail. I even restarted the game to see if this would reset anything. I use this a lot when making films, but also when taking screenies during regular game play. Is this function still working perfectly for everybody else?
Opinions Wanted - Magic Godfather / Wizard Sim

So, I’ve given him a couple of redesigns. Version A is the original. Version B is the original outfit with an altered facial structure. Version C is the new face with thinner eyebrows and a colour makeover (I quite like the purple, as it gives him an otherworldly look and makes him match his wife Marilyn a little more - see her below!) However, I’d love to know what people think. Do you prefer the original or a new version outright? Or, do you think one of these versions with a few tweaks might work better - for example, Version B but with C’s outfit and hair? (Ideally, Mike’s hair would be black and spiked, but with a purple streak. However, I can’t find CC along those lines, and I haven’t the skill to make it myself!) What do you think? Sims Channel: Help!
I'm concerned about the new YouTube policies. They are all but closing their doors to further content and, once the government has killed YT, it'll go after other video creation websites as well. I was trying to start a channel several years ago, and I FINALLY managed to get myself a good computer I can actually play on without the hassles that come with dinosaurs recently. But now that my computer is sorted out, YT is becoming a thing of the past. Anyone posting content on it will be fined. Where can I set up a channel and know that I'm not going to be attacked? Is it too late?
Questions for people who follow sims youtubers
I've just started a YouTube channel and I have a few questions about what would make it better. If you could answer some of these questions I would be so grateful! 1. Do you prefer speed-builds or "let's build"s, and why? 2. What bores you in Let's Play videos? 3. What things are most likely to make you stop watching within the first few minutes? 4. Are you watching more for the game play or more for the personality of the player? 5. Do you prefer to see the player's face or just hear their voice? Or neither? Thank you so much!
