ERROR CODE CE-108255-1 WHEN OPENING HUT
Hi All, This post makes me very frustrated with EA and SONY. I purchased the pre-order deluxe edition of NHL 25(Over $120!!!!) and after playing for less than 2 hours my game crashed saying "Failed to retrieve data" and I have not been able to open HUT again. Every time I go to open HUT it gives me error code CE-108255-1. I have tried all the solutions I could find for this error code and saw people were experiencing the same thing with Fifa FUT a couple weeks ago. I don't play a lot of video games so when I go on and can't even play it is beyond frustrating. I even tried another PS5 and the same issue persists. Is it my account, EA or Sony's problem? Does anyone have a solution that actually works for this issue?
Can't load into HUT
My hut has been broken all day. The only two answers I get is it will be fixed as soon as possible or it’s your fault. Odds are won’t be compensated at all for buying a game for early access and missing out on possibly the whole weekend. Wouldn’t even give me the time they leave so I would know to stop trying. Crash
Since launch of early access today my hut keeps crashing. I've done everything from clearing cache to resetting entire playstation 5 and nothing. I can get to the early access screen and hit the dismiss button and it crashes going into the hut menu. So mad right now. When have the people out there are getting the rewards and games in on early acess and half of us have to wait for ea to address issue and fall behind other competitors. This is horrible.
