Matchmaking breaks every other match when on same network
Me and my fiance have paid £130 for 2 copies of the game, Im PC Steam she is Xbox series X, just for matchmaking to break every other game. Either it loads just one of us into a game or neither of us and we need to completely restart the game. Had this exact same issue in battlefield 2042 and the BF6 Beta. Genuinely thought this would have been fixed by now.... This is game breaking as it destroys any immersion/flow.1.8KViews21likes217CommentsKeep getting Kicked from BR Quads. Nothing else. Just this.
On about 9/10 matches I’ve been kicked after about 10 mins. Then this is what I’m seeing “Timed Out: your session timed out due to inactivity” followed by “NOT SIGNED IN: Not signed into PlayStation network... See…” etc then gives a website and QR code. Sometimes it happens sooner/later it could be a couple mins in it could be 15 mins in. Ive confirmed it is not my connection or anything on my end. Every other game mode on BF6 works fine for me and I have played other BR modes on different games and they played fine as well. This is an BR Quads issue. I hope this helps get it resolved. Not sure what else I can share.BF6 Crashing/Freezing While Flying in JET on Operation Firestorm
hey everyone, i have an xbox series s and I am getting super frustrated because it seems like there are others that are having the same problem as me and their games are crashing/freezing when flying in operation firestorm. the only map that i can actually fly in is mirak valley. ive seen other posts about this issue but no resolution. i have uninstalled and reinstalled my game, cleared the cache in my xbox, and have tried changing the graphics of the game but nothing seems to work. my game will just freeze and then i have to reset it to play bf6 again. PLEASE someone help and fix this dang issue its preventing me from enjoying the game. the game doesnt freeze if im in any other vehicle or on ground. only problems with jets. thank you!Packet losses in large scale BF6 modes
I have terrible packet losses in large scale BF6 modes (like in escolate and breakthrough). My TN goes up to 800+ms. But it happens specifically in large scale modes. In modes like redsec or rush everything is good. I checked my internet connection, switched to cable ethernet, updated drivers, flushed dns, changed dns servers to google (8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4) and everything that is usually recommended for fixing packet losses, but nothing helped. Can you help me soplve and understand if this is a problem on my end, or maybe a BF6 servers after all will be forever gratefull, thanks! Hey everyone, I could really use some help because I’ve tried literally everything and nothing has fixed the issue. Here’s the situation: only Battlefield 6 is giving me a really strange problem. During a match, my screen goes completely black, the monitor loses signal, the keyboard lights turn off, the sound stops, and everything freezes. The PC itself stays powered on, the fans keep spinning normally, but the whole system becomes unresponsive. I have to turn it off directly from the power supply because nothing else works. The weird part is that this only happens in BF6. I play several other heavy games and none of them have this issue. My setup: Ryzen 9 5900X MSI GeForce RTX 5070 12GB 32GB RAM Cooler Master 850W 80 Plus Gold PSU Gigabyte B550M Aorus Elite motherboard Windows 11 What I’ve already tried: Updated BIOS Reinstalled NVIDIA drivers (Studio and Game Ready) using DDU Reinstalled BF6 Verified game files on Steam Tested DX11 and DX12 Disabled all overlays (Steam, Discord, GeForce) Deleted NVIDIA shader caches Updated AMD chipset drivers Tested with only one monitor Switched PCIe settings between Gen3/Gen4 Stress tested with FurMark (everything stable) Formatted Windows So basically, no other game causes black screen or freezes my PC like this — only BF6. Is anyone with an RTX 50xx dealing with something similar? Could this be a bug specific to this GPU generation? Is there any other setting or fix I might have missed? Thanks a lot to anyone who can help.191Views0likes8CommentsNo error crashing
I’m sure I am not the only person who has been experiencing consistent random crash to desktop with no error reports, or even warnings. I’m sure many of us have all tried the many numerous fixes, and have all gotten nowhere. What I have noticed is the lack of any mention or awareness of the issue from DICE themselves on the issue despite it happening quite a bit in the last few days, and having been reported on numerous times with different posts in different forums. Here alone there are about 12 in the last 8 hours. Steam is full of them as well, and Reddit has a few. Can we actually get some communication from dice in regards to this? It is honestly quite frustrating considering the game was absolutely fine the other day, and every other game works perfectly fine with zero issues.BF6 Crash on Launch Freezes PC requiring Hard Reboot
Description When launching Battlefield 6 from Steam, the game frequently fails to start properly. Instead of reaching the splash screen, a small black window briefly appears, followed by a USB connect/disconnect sound. Immediately after this, the entire screen freezes and becomes unresponsive. "I purchased Battlefield 6 at full price, and currently I am unable to play the game at all due to this issue. Considering the cost of the title, it is extremely frustrating that I cannot launch or enjoy the product I paid for. At this point, I have spent more time troubleshooting than actually playing" During the freeze: System continues running in the background (e.g., audio/video continues to play) Keyboard/mouse input is ignored System cannot be recovered without rebooting A hard reboot is required to regain control. The issue repeats on each launch attempt. After 10–15 attempts, the game may eventually launch successfully. Troubleshooting Steps Taken The following actions were tried with no improvement: Reinstalled/Repaired EA Anti-Cheat Terminated third-party anti-cheat services (e.g., Vanguard, etc.) Set BF6 executable to compatibility mode Set BF6 to run as administrator Updated BIOS firmware Updated NVIDIA GPU drivers to latest version Disabled/modified integrated graphics to force use of RTX 4060 Added BF6 and EA Anti-Cheat to Windows Firewall and Defender exceptions to ensure full access Verified game files through Steam multiple times (always reports 3 files missing and reacquired) File Integrity Verification Behavior Verifying the integrity of BF6 via Steam consistently reports: “3 files missing and will be reacquired.” Issue persists after multiple verifications and restarts Reacquiring files does not resolve launch failures Hardware Specs Intel i7-13650HX NVIDIA RTX 4060 8GB 32GB RAM Windows 11 Laptop Additional Notes Game sometimes launches correctly after 10–15 attempts No BSOD or crash log produced due to full system freeze Issue may be related to GPU initialization, graphics handoff, or anti-cheat driver loading58Views2likes4CommentsDIRECTX ERROR!!!!
I have the latest 5090 gpu driver installed. I am providing a picture of what it showed when it crashed mid game for Battlefield 6. After this crash the next 20 crashes had no error messages it would just shut the game off and go straight to desktop. Please help. I am currently on 591.44 driver but I also reverted back to 581.80 driver and it still crashes.
