Black screen problem when try to join some of games
Hi everyone, I've tried all the solutions so far (reinstalling the game, GPU settings, updating drivers, etc.), but I still get a black screen when entering some games. After finding the game and my character performing the stand-up animation, it stays on a black screen instead of the map loading screen, and I have to press alt-f4 each time. This happens completely randomly. Sometimes it happens when I try to enter the game directly from the main menu, and sometimes it stays on a black screen on the screen of another game that I've finished before entering it without a black screen. I'm running the game on the EA app. My graphics card is a 5070TI. I'm sure I meet all the other requirements. I haven't encountered any crashes or errors. I want to play this game without closing and reopening it every other game, please help.Game Crashes After 5-10 Minutes SOS
My Battlefield 6 freezes then crashes within 5 to 10 minutes of joining a game. The game runs perfectly fine (no stuttering, FPS drops, Hitching) up to the point of freezing and it does not seem to be tied to what is happening on screen as it happens both in big battles and away from anything happening. Once the freeze occurs I am able to move my camera around and objects like trees will still sway for a minute or two until the game kicks me back to windows and closes with no error message. I have tried every fix I have been able to find online and nothing has worked; Ensured all the required settings are enabled secure boot tmp2, Verify integrity of files Reinstall game, Ensured drivers are up to date/clean install of drivers, Changed all exploit protections to off, Lowered all graphics settings, Ran windows memory diagnostic (cleared), Ran windows sfc scan, Ran as administrator, Repaired anti cheat directly, Adjusted power settings, Changed virtual memory size to 30000, Pre launch options -dx11, Enabled hardware accelerated gpu scaling, Xmp and overclocking disabled, Turned off screen space ao and gi. Updated drivers for motherboard ensured all overlays and background programs are closed The event viewer labels it as a 0xc0000005 however as stated I've ran the memory test, sfc scan and updated drivers so I'm out of ideas as to what could be causing that error. Any other ideas would be greatly appreciated as I can't find anything else that I haven't tried. Thanks in advance. I am not sure what is happening but came here now in hopes for some answers but I have seen a few others having this same issue but nothing had seemed to work so far. I had tried doing Open Cases on EA Help but I also do not see my cases after I submit them. I have tried the Battlefield Beta to begin with but it also crashed constantly within a few minutes which made me stop playing in hopes that there would be a fix to it and was excited for Battlefield 6 at that time. However when I bought the game it's still doing the same thing. Every time I had loaded into a match its a lottery of how long I would be playing until the game either crashed or would totally turn my Xbox off. I then had went through of the process of looking at what I can do to try fix this and looking at if others are experiencing this same issue. I had a few say it is fine but others saying they are dealing with this problem too. I had uninstalled and reinstalled the game a few times, uninstalled HD Packs, reset MAC Address, recently cleaned the Xbox, cleared any data, hard reset the console and much more from troubleshoot pages or other sources yet still no results of it improving and still crashing to where it goes to the home screen or turning off my console outright. The last thing I would want to do is buy a whole new console and would be too worried on if I buy a new console it might still be problem. I am hoping to hear for any solutions/updates/fixes about this issue or anything more I could do to try resolve this and hoping any update patch would fix the issues too.Campaign gets stuck on next mission page
I've had it three times now that when you complete the mission, you go to the page describing the next mission, but you never get the option to deploy, there's no button like there should be. Escape key also doesn't work, the only way to continue it to ALT+F4 to close the game and then reload.Continuous packet loss/lag issues.
So I’ll prefect by saying I’ve tried virtually everything and am now at a total loss. I see other people have similar issues, but I’m concerned it won’t ever get addressed. I’ve played around and browsed other YouTube video settings, uninstalled and reinstalled, put graphics to low, tweaked advanced settings and have just had zero luck. I even attempted all of the steps from the below forum, and no luck. https://forums.ea.com/discussions/battlefield-6-technical-issues-en/packet-loss-and-lag/12744605 Specs: i5/32GB Ram/RTX 5060/ average 555MBPS/28-32ish upload. Ive compared with my buddy who has a ryzen 7 with a 4060 who lives just across town, no issues on his end At this point I’ll take any help… so I can start playing and not tweaking settingsUrgent: Fatal Crashes in BF2042 and BF6 – No Error Info, All Progress Lost
Subject: Urgent: Fatal Crashes in BF2042 and BF6 – No Error Info, All Progress Lost Hi all, I’ve been experiencing a serious issue with both Battlefield 2042 and Battlefield 6 where the game crashes out of nowhere with no warning or error messages from either EA or Steam. A friend suggested I use Windows Event Viewer to try and gather some details, and I’ve attached screenshots of the only information I was able to find. These crashes are completely fatal — I lose all progress every time, which makes the games nearly unplayable. I’ve already followed all troubleshooting steps listed on the EA website, and with the help of a friend who works professionally in IT, I’ve gone through extensive advanced troubleshooting as well: Running as Administrator Repairing the game Repairing EA Anti-Cheat Reinstalling BF2042, BF6, and EA Anti-Cheat Performing a Clean Boot Fresh Windows install (complete system wipe) Clean install of NVIDIA drivers DNS setting changes Adjusting Antivirus and Firewall settings Resizable BAR settings BIOS configuration Compatibility settings Windows Power settings NVIDIA Control Panel adjustments Overlay settings I’ve tried everything I can find, but this persistent issue continues with no improvement. I’m extremely frustrated and disappointed with how unstable the game has been for me. Please, EA, I need urgent help or acknowledgment that this issue is being investigated. These crashes are making the game unplayable, and I know I can’t be the only one affected. If anyone else is experiencing this, please upvote this post so we can get EA’s attention and hopefully find a fix for everyone dealing with the same problem. Thank you.Crashing to Desktop
As many other I played in beta with little Issues but since full release the Game crashes to Desktop consistently after 5-15 minutes without any error. There are 2 ways these crashes play out: 1: Game freezes for a second and immediately closes completely. 2:All objects get frozen in place, idle animations and ambient sounds continue. I lose control over my character except mouse movement so i can look around in the "frozen" scene. While in this state my friend on discord tells me that i am no longer in the lobby. This continues for a few seconds until it eventually fully crashes. Again with no error message or anything. While the game runs it runs smoothly; my PC is not pushing its capacities. Im just curious is any other xbox series x players are having an issue with multiplayer where the game will just dashboard after being in the game for 5 minutes its worse with breakthrough or rush than it is with conquest wasnt an issue until 10pm friday it also happens faster during the home page of battlefield when customising the loadout and character armour. the Campaign plays through perfectly fine although i did point out some small bugs during playing through also achievments arent tracking for multiplayer and during the mission where you get the drone it acts weird at spotting and doesnt count towards the challengeBattlefield 6 Black Screen When Ever Entering a Server
Every time i ever try to enter a server i only get a black waiting screen and game never opens. If i get so luck and one time opens in a 100 then after the round ends i get black screen before the start of the next round. I did everything i could find on the internet. Used DDU and reinstall latest Nvidia drivers to play game in borderless to even reinstalling to the game. I even disabled the core performance boost and PBO in BIOS.226Views3likes10CommentsStuttering/Freezing every 5-10 seconds
The first day I played the game things felt fine, but from day two and on I get a stutter every 5-10 seconds where the game freezes for 1-1.5 seconds, otherwise the game runs fine. I've adjusted settings, added a config file to the game directory per suggestions i saw for similar issues, nothing has worked. If I reboot the game, the first match runs fine with no freezing, but from the beginning of the second match up until I restart again it happens. Small game modes and large. I noticed in the performance tab of task manager that my CPU usage would spike to 100% every few seconds or so, but it didnt seem to directly line up with when I would experience a stutter. Currently reinstalling to see if that helps. As is the game is pretty much unplayable.
