PLEASE FIX Battle For Neighborville on Nintendo Switch 2!!
I have been trying to play PvZ: Battle For Neighborville on my new Nintendo Switch 2 for the past 2-3 days and it CONSTANTLY keeps crashing!! When I load into the game, while in Giddy Park, my screen starts glitching and flickering super bad it is very bad to look at and hurts my eyes. When I try loading into an offline match of any mode the game crashes almost 100% of the time. It will close the app and my Nintendo Switch 2 will say, “This software needed to close due to an error.” Then when I go back in and try a different mode, it does the SAME THING. I don’t understand why we can’t just play the game. You guys are literally losing out on money if you don’t fix this. We need the game officially optimized for the Nintendo Switch 2, and while you’re at it, you could even update it to handle 60fps because the Switch 2 can now handle 60fps pretty smooth. Also I have heard from some other people that apparently Battle For Neighborville isn’t even AVAILABLE for purchase on the Switch 2 eShop. They locked the game so no one can buy it, hopefully that means they’re going to fix it? But I would still like someone from EA to get back to me and let me know what the situation is. PLEASE HELP! Thanks EDIT: After doing a bit more testing it’s actually worse than I thought, there were a few times where I went into the game and it would crash before I could even select a GAME MODE. Also, the few times I was able to play an entire match while the screen was flashing, as soon as the game ended, the game just crashed. Nothing I could do about it. This game DEFINITELY needs fixed. What is Going On w/ PVZ BFN?
I keep getting brought back to this title screen and cannot login. EA support seems like a phishing scam asking for all my personal information like IP address and cc info, home address, cell etc. I’m so confused as to why they would need this! I LOVE this game and am so upset that neither of us can login today 3/12/26. I was on support for 4 hrs and they kept “transferring” me.PVZ2 is simply a disaster now
Playing on iPad. There have been so many bugs in the past months and the problem with ads. But this week is a completely new level of problem. The game crashes more than it works. Despite crashing a number of times beforehand, I managed to purchase 24 gauntlets. I only got to successfully play like 5 of them, all the others were lost to a crash or a freeze. Even when the arena works, a bug sometimes shows up where the plants that are placed display only as a shadow. Arena is not the only issue. The game now crashes in Penny’s Pursuit, during Ads, even on first launch on occasion. I enjoy playing this game daily. Now it is completely broken and I have to find something else.GW1: "Failed to launch game, error on our end caused the launch to fail".
So, I seriously spent £18 for a game I can't even launch? What a joke. I spent my hard earned money which you take like candy in exchange for something I can't even load.. But more than 24 hours, still get this, don't expect a response, considering we haven't heard anything back in terms of why Plants vs Zombies Garden Warfare 2 is down due to recent cheating issue and the "lobby destroyer mod" being publicly released.Recently bought Garden Warfare 2 for my PS5, can’t seem to play
I am met with a loading screen forever or a loading screen leading to an error message. The game downloaded just fine and everything has been updated. I have restarted and turned off and on my PlayStation to no avail. Don’t really know what to do
Game keeps crashing (PvZ2)
Is anyone else having the issue of the game crashing out of nowhere? There isn't a consistent pattern of what I'm doing in game, although it is the majority when I am in the arena, but I have experienced crashes whilst doing most tasks every so often. I have tried restarting the app and my device but it still keeps happening? I feel like I'm going crazy. Not sure what to do.Bug "MGP Adventure"
Everytime I opened the MGP Adventure tab, it will automatically pop-up the daily challenge (of the MGP) and then just stay there. Can't turn back or close or do anything else except escape to the phone home screen and start the PvZ2 app again...It's very inconvenient and time-consuming....Hope to get it fixed soon....Thanks.
