Child Support
Kinda funny actually..yes it's a mod but I was able to set where if a child gets taken by social services then they can get adopted by another family and I would get a notification on when it happened. There also was an option for child support so I tried it not knowing what it is. Wellllllllll had a kid taken by social services adopted to a new family and my weekly Bills came I got a notification of $4,000 being paid to the family who adopted her. So I'm paying weekly child support. I have my bills on autopay so it had to get paid lol :# :D
And ALL the ladies working in the police office were going into labor
So I have MC Command Center. Just found out how to tweak relationships and pregnancy yesterday. Well, the game populated marriages and pregnancies so suddenly, EVERY woman in the police office in my game from the receptionist to a few officers to even the two criminal women (and how the heck?) were pregnant. And they've ALL gone into labor at the same time. And of course none will leave work to go to the hospital.
Non Played Sims and their babies?
While bored over the past few days I decided to into all my non played households and change them out of their awful outfits. I started to notice how many of them had new babies. When scoping out their family trees I saw that these babies were hardly ever being produced with their spouses. They were nearly all being spawned with other random married sims, even if in same sex relationships, they were having babies with other genders. To add to the weirdness, when I looked at their relationships, they don’t even know their baby daddy/mamas. Is anyone else getting bouts of unfaithfulness with strangers in their game? Btw I don’t have any mods on to make things spicier just mc command centre.Saint Nicholas, really?!
I find myself really disliking the Sharing is Caring community action plan. I had my sims vote for another plan that was in the lead by 6 and then suddenly this... Well, to make a long story short my sims, poor and with a toddler, looked forward to Winterfest and good ol' Father Winter only for the man to, not only take their microwave but their counter as well! My sims busted their butts for everything they own only for Father Winter to celebrate Reverse Winterfest! Why? Think of the children! :lol: Seriously though, why code him to steal things?
Talk About A Creepy Text! (SOL) Mod
For those of you familiar with the original Star Trek TV series, then you would know that Spock was married (betrothed) at one time. He since got a divorce, Vulcan-style. (See the Second Season Opener, "Amok Time".) I have him in my game, since I'm playing out the lives of some of those in my Star Trek mini-series. Spock married Brianna (and this is decades later than T'Pring), but I do have her in my game, just for grins and giggles. Well, Brianna, who is expecting a baby gets a text from Spock's Ex. "Am sorry for what's about to happen to you." Mind you, I never had Spock and T'Pring as an item in my game, so the game doesn't know about this ill-fated match. But of all the females in my game to send such a creepy text, I find it both creepy and cool that she is the one to send it. :open_mouth:
