sims cancel out of painting instantly
Since the latest update i send a sim to paint and they instantly cancel out even if i have autonomy off. I don't use mods. You can see I had to have my sims resume painting again. It does not matter where the easel is located what time of day or whether or not there are distractions. They just put a canvas on the easel and stop. Once i click resume they continue as if nothing happened. But I must click resume for them to actually paint anything. Even though autonomy is off.
Ea skate Game
I think a few changes could make skate. feel much more satisfying. First, the skateboard should visibly wear down over time. The graphic could get scratched and damaged from grinds, slides and tricks instead of staying in perfect condition. That kind of progression would make gameplay more satisfying and make every trick feel like it actually has an impact. I also think the game looks a little too colorful and clean right now. A slightly more gritty, realistic street-skating atmosphere would fit the series better. The street skating physics also feel too stiff. In the older Skate games, especially Skate 3, the movement, momentum and trick landings felt more natural and satisfying. I’d love to see skate. move more in that direction, with more weight, smoother movement and a better overall feeling while skating.
This game is still an unplayable, broken mess.
I logged back into skate. almost a year after putting it down originally, due to the games bugs making it unplayable. Skating with no issue, and randomly have your camera tilted upwards with no way of moving it ever again unless you restart the game? This game is for you. Logging into the game and having the controller scheme blatantly lie to you? If you love ridiculous garbage like having to hit R2 for X and L2 for O, and so much more, this game is for you. A year later, and still the same old garbage. Thanks EA, another one in the toilet.
We should be able to add multiple tattoos to body parts in Skate.
The simple small tattoos and limited to 4 (1 per limb) is a big disappointment IMO. Adding the option to add as many tattoos as you'd like and layer them is a very easy thing to implement and will give further creativity to the player as far as character customization goes. I hope this gets added in the very near future, if not the next minor update.
[GALLERY] Stuck on attempting to connect
Ever since the June 30, 2026 big update, I cannot connect to Gallery or Marketplace in-game after launching from EA App. It shows my status as "offline" even though I am "online" in the EA App. When I am in the game at the main page, I select to open the MarketPlace or open the Gallery, a box pops up and I am prompted to either "stay offline" or "connect". I chose to "connect" and the game just seems to stay in a loop of attempting to connect until I select "stay offline" which stops the game from attempting to connect. I have tried the following fixes: tried opening EA App as an Administrator; repair the game; clear the cache via EA App; repair EA App; uninstalled/reinstalled EA App; cleared the %temp% folder; deleted localthumbcache.package; remove old Sims 4 folder and start with fresh folder devoid of mods; checked my firewall (which Sims 4 has permissions); power-cycled router.; in the Windows Powershell, entered ipconfig /flushdns and press enter, type ipconfig /release and press enter, type ipconfig /renew and press enter, type netsh winsock reset and press enter, type netsh int ip reset and press enter, type netsh interface ipv4 reset and press enter, type netsh interface ipv6 reset and press enter and type netsh interface tcp reset and press enter; increased my virtual memory; and deleted the GameVersion.txt file. I have also deleted all files and folders in the %temp% which seems to be a temporary fix and I can maintain connection to the Gallery and Marketplace for until the next time I log on, then it's back to not being able to connect. I have to keep deleting the files and folders in the %temp% folder in order to be connected ableit temporarily. I have included my DxDiag file and screen shot of the wallet which weirdly shows my moola balance but yet I can't connect to the Marketplace (usually the balance does not show, only "---" when I'm unable to connect). I have no issues connecting to the Gallery via the web using my internet browser (which is Google Chrome). I only experience this issue in-game. I have attached my DxDiag file for any suggestions with my computer. I really just want to be able to access the Gallery seemlessly like I used to before the big update back on June 30th. Thank you!
