Apex Legends Event, Challenges, Passes, Legend locker, and Store not loading.
The whole top menu of Apex legends isn't loading for me, restarted my console, rebooted the game, switched servers, still the same issue, I noticed that I finished all the 7th anniversary badge challenges and didn't get any badges, also my prize tracker for the event is stuck even though I finished it 2 days ago, it hasn't reset the challenges or the dailies, this really sucks for me as I bought all the even packs except the last one because I saw it free in the tracker and decided it was worth waiting a day or two to save 10 dollars, but now it will t load either and I can't get my heirloom shards. I've talked to everal other people on this issue, and I believe the problem to be the legend pass I bought for octane, as other people I have talked to on the topic say that that is something they have noticed with this bug. I just got a 4k badge on octane and want to equip it but again I can't access my Legend Locker, the only solution I've seen so far is someone said you can change your resolution after every match, which sounds like a pain, especially on Xbox, but I'm gonna give that a try, lmk if anyone else found any fixes.
Multiple Legends can't use ultimate without tactical
Loba's ultimate is bugged on console from the new season launch. When I try to use it by pressing R1 and L1 together like normal it only brings up her tactical and the only way to bring her ultimate up is to use her tactical both times so that both are on cool down while I press R1 and L1. After Season 29, Vantage’s tracking marker seems visible only to me, not my teammates. Before, the whole squad could see it. Vantage ultimate damage amp may be bugged. I have noticed two bugs with skins in the Breach Battlepass Split 2. On Catalyst's 'Dark Sinister' skin, there is a visual bug where part of her hand behaves oddly, moving from her model when using abilities. On Catalyst's 'Toxic Empress' skin, the first person view of the hand do not show any glowing aspect, despite appearing both in third person and in the battlepass page.FPS drops since season 29
My game was perfectly running on 240 fps during 2 year. But when the new season came, i have in every game fps drop running low like it feels 100 are less. Its happens with Axle being near using her spells are when there is too much people are fights... I dont know what the game did with the optimisation but it kills the gameplay, and its not from my pc cause i didnt do anything in the settings, im updated on my pilots... Observed Behavior: - When I am knocked but not fully eliminated, no crash occurs. - The moment I become fully eliminated (“full killed”), teammates frequently crash to desktop. - The crash occurs for multiple different players and teammates. - The crash does NOT occur when those same players queue with other people. - The issue does NOT occur when I use a different Apex account on the same PC. This strongly suggests the issue is tied specifically to my account state or replicated data associated with my account. Reproduction Steps: 1. Queue into a match with my main Apex account. 2. Play normally until I am fully eliminated. 3. Upon full elimination, teammates often crash immediately or during spectator/death transition. Expected Result: Teammates should remain connected and continue the match normally after my elimination. Actual Result: Teammates crash to desktop after my account is fully eliminated. Troubleshooting Already Performed: I have already attempted extensive troubleshooting, including: Account / Cosmetic Testing: - Removed all skins - Removed all reactive weapon skins - Removed all banners, poses, trackers, and badges - Used default legend skins - Used default death box - Removed charms and cosmetics - Tested multiple legends Local File / Config Testing: - Verified game files - Deleted and regenerated Apex config files - Removed autoexec/config modifications - Removed all launch options - Cleared shader caches - Disabled Steam cloud sync - Tested with fresh generated settings Overlay / Software Testing: - Disabled overlays - Disabled RTSS/RivaTuner - Disabled crosshair overlay software - Tested without OBS - Disabled Discord overlay - Disabled Steam overlay Critical Finding: The issue appears ONLY on my primary Apex account. Using a different Apex account on the same PC with the same hardware/software setup does NOT reproduce the issue. Additional Notes: - The account has never been used on another platform. - No cross-progression or account merge has occurred. - The issue seems specifically tied to the full death/spectator transition state. - This may potentially involve corrupted account replication data, spectator-state synchronization, death-state serialization, or malformed account metadata. Request: Please investigate whether there may be corrupted account-side data or a backend issue associated with my Apex account causing client crashes for teammates during full elimination/spectator transition.
