Dear EA Sports Support Team, I am writing to you today as a dedicated, long-time fan of your football franchise. For years, I have bought and played every single edition of FIFA and EA SPORTS FC on launch day, as the game has always been a massive part of my life. Unfortunately, two years ago, I suffered a severe accident at work. I have been laid up at home recovering ever since. Because I am unable to work, things have been financially incredibly tight, and for the first time ever, I simply cannot afford to purchase EA SPORTS FC 27 this year. Being stuck at home, playing football games has been one of the very few things keeping my spirits up and keeping me connected to friends. Hi, I have always played EA SPORTS FC on PlayStation, but I have now purchased EA SPORTS FC 27 for PC for the first time. When I log into the Web App, it is showing the PlayStation icon and the Ultimate Team club appears to be linked to my PlayStation account. My concern is that I have already received some very good players and rewards through the Web App, and I don’t want to lose them when I start playing on PC. Could you please clarify: Is the Ultimate Team club currently shown in the Web App my PlayStation club? Will this club automatically be associated with my PC account when I first launch EA SPORTS FC 27 on PC? If not, is there a way to change the platform in the Web App from PlayStation to PC? Will the players and rewards I have already received in the Web App be available on PC? I purchased the game specifically for PC, so I want to make sure I am using the correct Ultimate Team account before I start the game. Thank you.People being banned for transferring points now?
Seen on twitter after the streamer access earlier, that a few accounts have posted that some people have been banned after transferring points over. Now I’m looking for clarification if this is just for the people using a third party who somehow have access to the game already, or if this is for everyone who has loaded up with FC26. Just don’t want my account in hot water after spending some money on points.Missed the deadline with only 6 minutes. Any chance to get the icon pick?
Hi EA, I pre-ordered the EA SPORTS FC 27 Ultimate Edition on August 31st at 16.06 UTC I understand that the early-bird deadline for the 85+ OVR International ICON was August 31st at 16:00 UTC, meaning I missed the deadline by only 6 minutes. I fully understand the terms and I’m not claiming that I’m technically entitled to the reward. I’m just asking if there is any possibility of a one-time goodwill exception in this case, considering how close the purchase was to the deadline. I have already tried contacting EA Help, but the support system only gives me the automated/self-service options and I cannot reach an EA Advisor or create a support case. Would an EA Community Manager or anyone from the EA team be able to advise whether this can be escalated or reviewed? I can provide proof of purchase showing the exact purchase time if necessary. AC Milan & Inter licensing in FC 27 – can EA clarify?
Hi EA, Could you please clarify the licensing situation regarding AC Milan and Inter in EA SPORTS FC 27? I noticed that Alexandre Pato is confirmed for FC 27, which made me wonder whether this could be connected to the return of AC Milan’s full club licence. Specifically, will AC Milan and Inter have their official club names, badges, kits and San Siro stadium in FC 27? KONAMI is also currently promoting AC Milan and Inter as official partner clubs in eFootball, so I’m curious about the situation for FC 27. Any clarification from EA would be greatly appreciated! ❤️🖤
