Game not downloading
I recently started to play the sims 4 again and when I tried to play everything was disoriented and wack on screen and it might be because I haven't played in about a year or so my mods might need to be updated. I followed the advice to solve the problem which was to uninstall the sims 4 and reinstall it after clearing my cache if it didn't help fix the problem so I did. Another thing to know is that I ran out of space on my computer C drive or local drive and got an external 2 tb hard drive to put my game on. I keep trying to download it on my new hard drive, but it just isn't working. Please help I love to create sims and i really want to create sims now that school is out.I downloaded a bad mod I’ve tried everything
I made a mistake and downloaded a bad mod on the Sims four and now everything is translated into a certain language I cannot read. I tried everything even restarted mine game uninstalled it reinstalled it and everything is still in the wrong language. I can’t read it. I can’t even find the mod that I downloaded so that I could delete it And have it back to normal English please please help me.Uninstall Deluxe version and go back to limited edition/legacy edition
I just don’t want the deluxe version of the game anymore. EA can keep the $9.99. Someone please help. I want to keep my mods, saves, and tray files. Funnily enough, the “view and manage add ons” function doesn’t actually let you manage anything.I can't install the newest pack. Help!
Hi, this is my first time posting here. I just bought the newest Business and Hobbies Expansion pack. The thing is, I can't download it. It doesn't show up in my Manage add-ons nor in the Download Queue. When I entered the game, it recognized that the pack is there, but the new world is grayed out and says something along the lines of "the pack isn't installed yet". What do I do? Yes I checked that I actually bought the pack. I have the bill and I checked on my purchases that I did. Does anyone know why this happens and how do I install it? Hi everyone, I’ve run into an issue this week 06/04/2025 that I’ve never experienced before. After repairing The Sims 4 via the EA App, the option to change the game language seems to have disappeared. The " menu now only shows English, and I can no longer switch it back to Traditional Chinese. Previously, I was able to play The Sims 4 in Traditional Chinese even though my EA App was in English. No matter how many times I repaired or updated the game in the past, the language settings were never affected—until now. Here’s what I’ve tried so far: Reinstalled the EA App and Sims 4 Changed the "locale" setting to ZH_TW Tried other common workarounds I could find online Unfortunately, nothing has worked. Has anyone else run into this issue recently? If so, were you able to fix it? I’d really appreciate any help or suggestions to get the language back to Traditional Chinese. Hello! I have a problem with switching the language of The Sims 4 game. I have the The Sims 4 64 bit and The Sims 4 32 bit Legacy Edition. The languages available are: Czech, Polish and Russian. I have always played in Polish, but I want to practice my Japanese so I wanted to run The Sims 4 in Japanese. I created backup, uninstalled the whole game and checked what install options do I have. Still, there were only Czech, Polish and Russian. I asked on chat again, and they told me to use the forum... 2) I logged to my EA Account and changed language and region, but it did not help. 3) On the forum here EA_David (COMMUNITY MANAGER) advised that: "Solution! If you bought a Russian version, English isn't available. You can check what languages are available by going to your local Origin store and checking the product description for Supported Languages. To change a language, change your Origin language then reinstall to change the language. @HappyNeylian If RU isn't viable for you(i think slovakian/czech are also an option, but I can't confirm that), you can put in for a refund here: http://help.ea.com/en/article/what-s-the-great-games-guarantee/" I went to Polish EA store and checked available languages. It lists them ALL, so everyone would think they can run the game in any language listed there. I also compared Standard edition and Digital Deluxe edition, but there is not a single mention regarding languages. 4) I also checked these 'legal' documents mentioned in the checkout such as: "By clicking “Check out”, you agree to the game's legal disclosures and terms of sale." ...and there is nothing about language region block etc. In the Origin App checkout there is also no language info. Idk whats going on with my game but eveytime i open a saved game instead of opening in the household itll open on the [choose season screen] then into the [allocate a lot to household screen] except the household isnt with me and there are no funds. If i try make a new save through the create-a-sim my whole game just crashes nd closes. Ive repaired the game, moved mods/cc even deleted a few rn idk what to do....sigh
