Game won't install from Disc (Xbox X)
I bought a physical copy of DA:V for XBox X but am having issues installing it. It installs fine until it prompts me for Disc 2, then sometime after the install stops. Usually around 58% I've un-installed and tried power cycling my console a couple of times and even tried downloading in offline mode just in case the Day 1 update was interfering but nothing has helped. Once I get to Disc 2, the install keeps stopping. No error code given.game opens up to black screen then crashes.
So I recently re-downloaded this game to try to start a new save file, however its not booting up, it just opens to a black window then closes. I am playing on steam. Here are the things I did to see if it fixes it: - uninstall and reinstall - cleared the shaders folder - verified installed files - updated all drivers - checked firewall settings - checked BIOS if needed to be updated (it did not) - installed on different SSD - I checked about the driver settings about the size of folder for shaders - my NIVIDIA card is 566.36 as suggested older drives work better. - nothing has changed since I last played, no antivirus or anything. It has only been 2 months since I uninstalled to make room for another game. I literally cannot think of ANYTHING else that might be an issue. I just installed the game on PS5 and when I launch the game it says “Download In Progress”. It’ll let me create a character but once I finish creating it pops and alert that asks me to “Please wait for installation to finish”. It’s been sitting for over an hour now with that message still spinning.Veilguard, series x installation stops
I have had a search and can see this came up a lot, but no real fix. Does anybody know how to fix the game from stopping installation at 5% from disc 1. Keeps saying check disc, nothing wrong with disc. I've tried everything, I also tried a different game and that's fine. It's just Veilguard. Please help![EA App] Sign in With Your EA Account Error
Why am I suddenly getting this 1. I did not play the game on EA Play or EA Play Pro subscriptions 2. I cannot resize or get to the password box 3. The last time it appeared, I clicked on the X and closed it, and the game would play and run after restarting the EA App on the PC. I do not get bonus content pop up any more so no Deluxe and Pre-order content appearing, possibly connected If anyone has an answer, I would love to know how to prevent this from occurring Regards IainSolvedCan we get an official response for the missing DLC?
It's been over 2 weeks and no official word with what is going on with the missing DLC. Many of us are still unable to play with the pre order and deluxe items. We spent our money on this and still nothing. Two patches and still nothing. What is going on?Game refuses to fully launch after latest update.
As stated above, my game has refused to launch after the latest patch. I have done everything on my own end to resolve this: i.e. fresh install, deleting specific folders, updating drivers, fresh install on a different drive, etc. I have the game purchased through Steam and before this latest update, I was able to play it just fine. Now, it only opens a black window for a second or two before closing. It doesn't even make an attempt to load. I have over 100+ hours in this game and I am now entirely unable to play it and cannot even request a refund. (Not that I'd like to. I'd like to be able to finish the game. :/ ) I have seen others have this problem, but there doesn't seem to be a fix. I hope that perhaps a fix can be released in an update soon to sort this issue out. I'm not sure what else I can do. I have attached a screen recording to show what happens on my end.
