Dragon Age: Veilguard DLC Still Missing After 11 Months
EA_David EA_Shepard Just posting here again because I honestly don’t know where else to go with this and I'm sick of having this issue. The DLC I purchased for Dragon Age: The Veilguard is not showing up in my game. It was there last night for a brief moment, then disappeared again. I haven’t changed anything on my end and it’s been like this since release, so we’re coming up on 11 months now where I am having issues with the DLC based off of EA's entitlements issue. I've tried everything I possibly can on my end to fix this: - Verified the game files - Uninstalled and reinstalled the game - Cleared cache - Logged out and back in - Checked my EA account (DLC shows as owned) - Purchased an EA Play membership - Spoke with a bunch of EA support agents - Talked to other players on forums, Reddit, and Discord Still nothing. The DLC just doesn’t show up in-game, even though I paid for it and my account says I own it. Again, it showed up briefly last night, then vanished again for no reason. Every support agent I have spoken to have said the game and the DLC do not show up on my account as owned. I’ve spoken with several EA support agents. Most just repeated the same generic troubleshooting steps that I had already done multiple times. None of them had any idea what was actually going on. No one could escalate the issue or give me any clear next steps. Community members and managers have tried to help too but everyone’s stumped. This is EA Support stating that the game and DLC do not show up in my account: The DLC showing I have it installed and that I own it: Deluxe Edition owned (bought in August 2024): Images of the DLC being locked: Images of the DLC working last night for a few minutes (which has now disappeared again): It’s not just me either. There are plenty of other players dealing with the same thing and it seems like we’ve all just been left hanging. I live in Australia, and under Australian Consumer Law, companies are legally required to provide what customers have paid for. If you sell content and then fail to deliver it, that’s a serious issue. I’ve paid for something that I don’t have access to, and EA hasn’t done anything to resolve it for almost a year. We either need a proper response from someone who actually understands this issue, confirmation that EA is aware of it and are working on a fix, or some kind of compensation or complete refund. I bought a physical copy of DA:V for XBox X but am having issues installing it. It installs fine until it prompts me for Disc 2, then sometime after the install stops. Usually around 58% I've un-installed and tried power cycling my console a couple of times and even tried downloading in offline mode just in case the Day 1 update was interfering but nothing has helped. Once I get to Disc 2, the install keeps stopping. No error code given.game opens up to black screen then crashes.
So I recently re-downloaded this game to try to start a new save file, however its not booting up, it just opens to a black window then closes. I am playing on steam. Here are the things I did to see if it fixes it: - uninstall and reinstall - cleared the shaders folder - verified installed files - updated all drivers - checked firewall settings - checked BIOS if needed to be updated (it did not) - installed on different SSD - I checked about the driver settings about the size of folder for shaders - my NIVIDIA card is 566.36 as suggested older drives work better. - nothing has changed since I last played, no antivirus or anything. It has only been 2 months since I uninstalled to make room for another game. I literally cannot think of ANYTHING else that might be an issue. I just installed the game on PS5 and when I launch the game it says “Download In Progress”. It’ll let me create a character but once I finish creating it pops and alert that asks me to “Please wait for installation to finish”. It’s been sitting for over an hour now with that message still spinning.Veilguard, series x installation stops
I have had a search and can see this came up a lot, but no real fix. Does anybody know how to fix the game from stopping installation at 5% from disc 1. Keeps saying check disc, nothing wrong with disc. I've tried everything, I also tried a different game and that's fine. It's just Veilguard. Please help![EA App] Sign in With Your EA Account Error
Why am I suddenly getting this 1. I did not play the game on EA Play or EA Play Pro subscriptions 2. I cannot resize or get to the password box 3. The last time it appeared, I clicked on the X and closed it, and the game would play and run after restarting the EA App on the PC. I do not get bonus content pop up any more so no Deluxe and Pre-order content appearing, possibly connected If anyone has an answer, I would love to know how to prevent this from occurring Regards IainSolvedCan we get an official response for the missing DLC?
It's been over 2 weeks and no official word with what is going on with the missing DLC. Many of us are still unable to play with the pre order and deluxe items. We spent our money on this and still nothing. Two patches and still nothing. What is going on?
