OVR 122 Squad Lost: Blanc Exchange Error & Insufficient Compensation
To the EA Sports Support Team I am writing to formally demand the full restoration of my account to its state prior to the technical error with the Laurent Blanc exchange. As a loyal player and a fan of Laurent Blanc, I decided to exchange my entire OVR 122 starting lineup to obtain him. This was a decision based on the exchange values your system provided at the time. I sacrificed elite, MAX-RANKED players with full Rank-Up Points and training, including: • Bruno Fernandes (120 OVR) • Vinícius Jr. (117 OVR) • Cafú (117 OVR) • Johan Cruyff (117 OVR) • Van Dijk (116 OVR) • ...among others. The Impact on my Experience: I have invested a significant amount of time and real money into building this competitive squad. This error has stripped me of my ability to compete at my FC Champion rank and has left me extremely discouraged and frustrated. Currently, I have no viable team to play with, and the partial refund provided does not even cover a fraction of what I lost. It feels like my months of effort and financial investment have vanished due to a platform glitch. The Issue: Your "resolution" of removing Blanc and refunding 51,000 shards is mathematically flawed: 1. Devaluation: You took my Cruyff for 2,500 shards, but it costs 22,500 to buy him back. (See attached proof). 2. Resource Loss: I lost all my Rank-Up Points and training XP, which cannot be replaced by shards. My Final Demand: I demand my account (UID: 570277899958489088) be restored. My preferred solution is a full rollback of the exchanges to return my original players with their exact Rank-Up levels. Otherwise, I request to keep the Laurent Blanc card or receive a fair compensation of 125,000 shards to repurchase my team. Desde hace unos meses me falla mucho el fc mobile, al momento de iniciar el juego, me aparecen diferentes pestañas el más comun es “error de conexión” y tengo una buena señal de internet, o si no me pide que libere espacio cuando aún me quedan 30 gigas en mi teléfono, aparece la pantalla de carga vieja y no la actualizada, tarda en cargar cuando entro a cualquier menú del juego, al momento de iniciar partidos de CaC solo me aparece la leyenda “conectando al servidor” se queda así un rato y después cuando llega al 100% ya me aparece que error de conexión y por ende he perdido muchas estrellas, le he metido mucho dinero al juego y me parece MUY INJUSTO lo que me está pasando, reitero, tengo buena conexión a internet, mi dispositivo es un iphone 13, ayúdenme por favor.
