It says I do not own pastel pop kit
Hello, I'm playing on Playstation and I bought the pastel pop kit a while ago and it had been working fine, recently I discovered I no longer own it and I am not sure as to why? It's asking me to buy it and I cannot find it in my previous downloads either- I know it's only $5 but still it upsets me because I already had bought it once and I really like the pack
[FIXED] The kit I just bought won't show up as purchased in CAS?
On PS4. The kit in question is Fashion Street. Bought it half an hour or so ago, after having updated the game patch. It shows up as purchased on the title screen, but once I load up a save file it refuses to show the items in CAS and says I don't own it in the tag filters. It's the only one doing this, so I'm thinking it could be related to the update? Any ideas on a fix? Have already closed and restarted the game a couple times, tried different save files, but it's still telling me it isn't purchased in CAS.Game data incomplete error code. PS5
So i just bought the comfy gamer kit like 30 minutes ago before even opening any of my worlds or households, i then go into my family and it comes up with the game data incomplete error code and how i won’t be able to save stuff, i have restored my license for the game and even made sure all my kits were installed. any help would be appreciated!
