PLEASE EA SUPPORT TEAM RESPOND
whenever i play the game i plug in a controller but the game still picks up the mouse input as if im playing with the mouse. it is stuck to the center of the screen and interrupts the controller input and player behavior. i try to move it to the top of the screen or the to corner and after a few seconds it resets back to the center and interrupts the input. this is a known issue with no solution from you as far as ive seen online to try and solve it. i tried unplugging the mouse entirely but it somehow still resets to the middle and does the same. i tried deleting the mouse from device manager so it doesnt exist in the playing session and still the problem occurs. i tried opening the game with mouse and keyboard, cahnged the input mode to keyboard only and still the mouse is reset in the middle as if im using it. i tried fullscreen, borderless, windowed and in all of them i moved the mouse away waited until the icon is gone continued with the controller and still. please help me.
Completley frozen out of a game
I was in a match of FUT Draft and had plenty of the game to win it. I was told the game would be under review but of course, because i was losing i was given the loss. It wasn't a connectivity issue my end as i was not disconnected from EA servers. I can't upload the full video of the incident as it won't allow me to attach it however the game being froze lasted about 30 seconds before anything happenedFut champs bug
Hi, my FUT Champions Play-Offs are stuck. I have 1250 Qualification Points, 6 Evergreen Entries left, but the game shows 0 matches remaining and doesn’t let me start a new Play-Off. It’s been this way for weeks. Please reset my FUT Champions Play-Off progress or help me re-enter.” It has been the same case since probably 6 months nowFC 24 frozen controls and terrible lag during cutscenes.
When I first downloaded the game, no problems occurred for about a month. Then, the problems began. When playing any match, the game would start freezing during cutscenes, corner kicks, freekicks, penalties etc. Even goal celebrations were affected. I reduced my graphic settings as much as I could and it still didn't fix my problem. A similar problem happens whenever I play Ultimate Team. In Ultimate Team, my players and controls tend to freeze completely after goal celebrations, corner kicks, free kicks, penalties, throw ins, the list goes on... I'm certain that my PC is not the problem as I haven't had any problems when I started playing. Can someone help?
Wrong playing bug
I played FC since 3 years . Form the beginning of FC 24 playing style in h2h is perfect there was no wrong &slow pass, no skill problem and also player can receive the ball so easily then suddenly before the tots event an update of FC mobile changed hole playing style.After that update I used to play I noticed that many wrong &slow pass happening, skill problem also going on and also player can't receive the ball so easily.Then The game is become to much bad & Disgusting also A major problem I noticed that is lag ...I hope EA will fixed soon in next update
Stuttering in the game
Lately, from the last 2 days I am suffering lots of lag and stuttering in FC24 PC (Steam). This issue didn't persist before. This happened just after the unclaimed pack not opening bug (Which still isn't resolved) . Is it related ? I have done all the updates, checked integrity of files, checked if gpu is being used. But still there is lot of stuttering. Please provide the fix and also fix the unclaimed item bug.
