My Challenges Do NOT Load.

You all know what it is. Daily post about MUT being unplayable on pc. Try every day and get frustrated every day. How hard is it to roll out an update that doesn’t ruin the game? I spend a ton of money on stupid flashy little football player cards and can’t even use them because the game is legitimately unplayable. Who’s gonna start the class action so we can actually get our money back for a game that doesn’t work?PC is unplayable (13 days so far)
As title, and other posts, state. Madden 26 has now been unplayable for 13 days straight, the only communication is a post marked as solved because it offers a fix that impacts some players in single player only. No one in multiplayer, and not everyone for single player, has a viable way to make the game playable. The specific issue is that it micro-stutters every second or something around that, rendering it impossible to make plays, control players, read the field etc... If you want a guess, it could be something to do with new data collection or something, and a mess up in coding (I would HEAVILY wager it's vibe coding with ai that did it) that just needs bug fixing. It's not a 2 week+ fix. Please at least say something. If you are refusing to make a statement because there is no intention to fix it, then the justification for a refund is even greater than if you do. Americans, your kind of out of luck, europeans, you have valid justification to demand a refund. It will be easier through steam if the purchase was made there. Any devs, customer support, community managers, literally anyone, please address the state of the game. I know its not your individual fault, but we as players are unable to paly a game we purchased that released 2 months ago. It is unacceptable from a consumer rights perspective, as no announcement was given within a timeframe to inform us we would be unable to utilize this product. To anyone else impacted by it, make your own posts, the more this is the only thing anyone sees about the game, the more higher ups will be forced to put resources into fixing it. Bought Madden 26 the other day because I love Madden 25 Franchise. Really wanted 26 for the updates to Franchise and so I could use teambuilder again, which I love. Can't even play, though. Bugging and stuttering like crazy despite my good PC specs. Turning off Visual Feedback or whatever the setting is did nothing. Fix your game please, EA. It has been two weeks since any sort of communication from EA about the PC issue. According to their customer support, EA has not even completed the investigation, and they have no idea what is causing the PC issues. Clearly, they do not do enough testing before updates, and it's very likely that when they attempt to fix the current issue, they will just create a new one. They have no timeline or ETA for a fix and have refused to communicate. EA also refuses any sort of refund, although PC players can not play the game that they paid for. We need to continue to report EA and file complaints against them so third parties can pressure them into resolving this issue. Hopefully, this gets resolved soon and we are well compensated the way we deserve, but in all likelihood, we will get a few Hail Mary packs. Until then, please join me in reporting EA to the BBB and the FTC for the way they handle this situation.108Views3likes3Comments
