Menus so laggy, its unplayable
It's rare that I write to fill myself with something but the game menus are really slow, it's unplayable! Hello, I have a problem with packet loss in NHL 25. everything was fine in NHL 24. I have optical internet and PS is connected via cable. Can you advise me where the problem is? Alternatively, provide the IP addresses of the servers? I'm from Slovakia, how do I find out which server I'm connecting to? my provider asks me to do this to test the connection. This game is truly broken. I cannot play a full game without it completely shutting down my Xbox. Let’s not forget that even when I’m able to play a game, I have to deal with this laggy / button input delay that EA hasn’t seemed to be able to fix for years now. The fact that you’ll ask me if I have a vented area without an Xbox overheating is long passed being a viable response. There are literally 0 other games I play outside of EA games where I’ve ever experienced crashing and button input delay on this level. This is truly unacceptable. I have bought every copy of EA NHL / FIFA since NHL99. 26 years of being a repeat customer & the fact that your team cares more about the money being made from ultimate team than the part of the actual game that originally brought you all your player base is so concerning because it proves you all do not care about making a quality product, you only service those who are sucked into making mindless micro-purchases. Hello, three days ago, I purchased Igor Shesterkin in the auctions. Since then, I haven't been able to send him to my collection; I get the message "this item cannot be added to the collection." When doing anything in franchise mode it's really slow compared to previous versions of the game. To make a roster move or just calendar sim is painful. Even from the stats screen there's so much lag trying to scroll up or down as it's trying to load the player faces in. It's a shame because the new main menu is so much more fluid that if it wasn't for the lag it'd be really good. I’m having issues with in game Lag. It happens in Drop in and Clubs. It will happen 20+ times a game where my player will freeze for 2 seconds and the game will scramble to catch up. Every other online game I play has absolutely 0 issues and even NHL24 has 0 issues. My internet connection is strong. I noticed I am putting up 5-8 goals or 10 assists in some games and they are not updating to the nhls team that the records should be. i always liked that realistic ness to breaking records.
