Olá, jogo Apex Legends no PC. Eu abri aproximadamente 50 Apex Packs e, durante a animação de abertura, o jogo travou/fechou inesperadamente. Quando entrei novamente, não consegui ver quais recompensas recebi e não sei se os pacotes foram abertos corretamente. Gostaria de confirmar se os itens foram creditados na conta, incluindo possível Heirloom Shards / Fragmentos de Herança. Tenho vídeo gravado do momento do erro e posso anexar. Hello Apex Legends team, After the latest update, I am experiencing constant game crashes: The game launches normally, but now it crashes in all modes, including casual, firing range, and ranked; In ranked, it crashes within seconds without any error message; I have already verified game files, reinstalled the game, cleared shaders, and repaired Easy Anti-Cheat, but the issue persists; Other players are reporting the same problem on forums and social media. Please investigate, as this prevents normal gameplay entirely and appears to be a patch/server-related bug. Thank you.
