matchmaking kicking back to menu... nearly 3 months. what on earth is happening here? Eastern US friends easily get into matches. Western US can't do anything. We are told this has been documented but it cant possibly take this long to fix the issue. We want answers. Cant expect us to buy BF6 when its loaded with crap and you cant support titles we paid for. 3 months. 3 **bleep** MONTHS.
Another week and game mathichng still not fixed
Yo Its alrdy another week and the game still doesnt work , there is ZERO COMMUNICATION FROM EA and they start BANNING ppl from official discord , when they asking about the fix . I am reminding you that you are violating consumer rights, and censorship in the EU is a criminal offense. You continue to sell a product you know is not functioning, which constitutes misleading commercial practice — also a criminal offense under EU law. Do you understand that? Do you want thousands of players to escalate this legally?
Game not starting up on xbox series x.
I have this problem for for about a week now. When I try to load the game on my xbox seriex it shows the original startup screen, thennstsrts loading (the part where you see the cube rolling in the bottom of the screen). The loading cube rolls about spins about 3 times and then it stops and the game is shut down i.e. i get kicked back to my xbox home screen. I tried about everything i could find onnthe internet. Reïnstalling the game, making sure every update is installed. Resetting the console, hard resetting the console, clear cache, delete save file in the cloud and the locally stored one. Rebooted my router (the xbox is connected to the internet through LAN) I even found some tips about changing dns, but that also didn't work so i've put it back on the automatic setting on my console, which was how it was when the game was still working. It's really frustrating that i could play since dec 2025 with no problems at all and suddenly the whole game refuses to be played since thursday 21st of may while i was still playing it on wednesday the 20th... nothing has changed on my part on the night from the 20th to the 21st.. “Hi, I have a problem with Battlefield 6. I’m playing on Xbox, and when I try to browse Portal servers, it just keeps loading and nothing appears. When I press refresh, the servers do show up, but they’re all empty. Can you advise me what to do.I tried different filters, even no filters at all, crossplay turned off and on... nothing helped. Restart didn't help... reinstalling the game didn't help... NAT is open... IPv6 on or off makes no difference... I have no idea what else I can try.Ps5 error starting game
Hello im having issues on my account on opening the game when I open the game The game closes and tells me an error. I’m on a PlayStation account. I already contacted. PlayStation has no idea what’s going on. I have a second account on the same PlayStation when I open it and open Apex runs perfect compared to my main account, my main account right now is having that problem I also deleted and re-downloaded the game.
BF6 cannot launch on some AMD mobile GPUs (RX6800M) - driver detection problem
Please help me bring some attention from EA or AMD to this issue. This is a bug that has not been fixed since game launch. We are now late March, almost April 2026. This bug prevents users from playing BF6. Not sure if EA or AMD has to review this. This applies to AMD mobile (laptop dedicated GPUs). A temporary fix is included down below. Please help me bring some attention from EA or AMD to this issue. Any vote is appreciated. The Problem: Battlefield 6 is detecting the wrong GPU driver. Even though your main GPU (RX 6800M) is updated, the game is reading the driver version of your Internal Processor Graphics (iGPU). Perhaps Windows Update often forcibly downgrades the iGPU driver to an older version (23.19.x), causing this mismatch error. Detailed pop-up message: Please update your AMD Radeon driver Detected AMD Radeon driver version 23.19.24.0. The required driver version is 25.10.25.1 or later. Please update your drivers at http://www.amd.com/ before playing the game. The Fix: You need to "spoof" the version number in the registry so the game sees the correct version and launches. 1. Open Regedit 2. Navigate to Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Video\{B1E7C0AD-2AE9-11F1-8B19-BD6702B5743D}\0000 (your path might be different) 3. Scroll down until you see DriverDesc, verify it states AMD Radeon(TM) Graphics 4. Afterward, keep scrolling down to ReleaseVersion, double click to edit, then change it to 25.10.25.1 (no need to put the rest, just 25.10.25.1 is fine) Hardware used to obtain this bug: ASUS ROG Strix G513QY This specific laptop does not have a MUX switch, so everything goes via the iGPU first. Even when using an external monitor via HDMI. Some people reported that using the USB-C (DP) with an adapter bypasses the Radeon iGPU. Of course, this was tested with a complete clean install of Windows 11 and the latest AMD mobile drivers as of March 28, 2026 for the AMD RX6800M. AMD Radeon iGPU driver version: 23.19.24-251211a-197843C-AMD-Software-Adrenalin-Edition (problem is that it reads this one) AMD Radeon RX 6800M driver version: 25.10.43.05-260303a-198974C-AMD-Software-Adrenalin-Edition (should be reading this one)
