Online Dynasty Disappears
I have 2 dynasties that I am the owner of, I played just fine this morning. I logged back in this evening and both dynasties I own do not show up for me. the dynasty that I’m not the owner of shows up just fine. the dynasties still exist because other people are in them and can see them, even shows me in the dynasty (of course because I’m the owner). How do I get my dynasties to show back up? This is ridiculous.

Still nothing but silence? That’s pathetic. At this point it’s obvious — the EA mods either have no idea what they’re doing, or they just don’t give a **bleep**. Thousands of players are screaming about this across every platform — these forums, Reddit, X, probably even Facebook and Instagram — and somehow, you’re still pretending it’s not happening? This isn’t community management — it’s damage control without the damage control. You keep pushing the same useless, copy-paste PR garbage that helps no one and just pisses people off more. People are out here wiping their entire systems based on your non-answers, losing everything, all because you refuse to own the fact that this game shipped broken. And now the game director has the nerve to say he doesn’t even know about the issue? That’s not just clueless — that’s straight-up irresponsible. This bug has been spammed all over the internet for weeks. For the guy in charge to act like it’s news to him? That’s next-level incompetence. This whole situation is a disaster, and everyone involved should be absolutely embarrassed. You’ve turned what should’ve been a celebration into a circus — and not even the fun kind.
Free trial error glitch
I recently downloaded NCAA college football for my Xbox series s. I had used the free trial way back at game launch. Now however the full game is on gamepass ultimate. I download the game again and it keeps giving me the error that says free trial has expired and I must purchase the full game. I've tried everything, deleting and reinstalling the game. Deleted saves and the error persists.Please just acknowledge us EA
Going on 24 hours now without being able to play an online game. Both ultimate team and road to cfp. And it seems others are having issues with multiple other game modes. PLEASE just change your servers status to show y’all are doing SOMETHING to fix this. The two attachments are what I’ve seen most. Either an endless wait or ‘Failed to start game’. Had me convinced when I almost completed a game in Dynasty, I was excited after I heard it was a “major” update. Gave you the benefit of the doubt after the first one. Then I tried playing another game, couldn’t even make it through the first quarter. Seriously, this is very unbecoming & destroying my excitement to jump back into the game every single time this happens.
