GAME FREEZES AS SOON AS I ATTEMPT TO ENTER ULTIMATE TEAM
The game freezes as soon as I attempt to get into UT. it should be noted that I cannot always get into the game either, let alone ultimate team. Everything is so slow today it’s strange. Had no issues yesterday. I have attempted to delete and reinstall the game but that has changed nothing. also attempted to skip the start screen and click continue to play offline and then attempt to login to the servers that way - but to not great success. forever stuck on the loading screen for ‘best of’ before you enter UT.
Menus not showing in EA SPORTS FC 25 on PC – White/yellow screen only
Hello, I'm having a serious issue with EA SPORTS FC 25 on PC. The game launches, but the menus do not appear. I only see a white/yellow screen, no interface, no text — although I can hear background music and game sounds. System Specs: - GPU: NVIDIA RTX 3050 (clean driver installed using DDU) - OS: Windows 11 - DirectX 12 enabled What I’ve already tried (none of them worked): - Reinstalled the game completely - Deleted settings.ini and reset all settings - Forced DirectX 11 using launch options: -dx11 -windowed -noborder - Performed a clean install of NVIDIA drivers using DDU - Disabled overlays (GeForce Experience, Discord, etc.) - Disabled DLSS, Reflex, V-Sync, and Ansel - Switched HDMI/DisplayPort and tested single monitor setup - Checked DxDiag – no errors What I need: Please escalate this to the technical team. The game is currently unplayable due to this bug. Thank you.
connecting to ultimate is not possible at the moment
This is a major problem with no fix I tried everything I found on the web and I tried contacting the support and nothing have fixed the problem I am struggling since 5 days and no real fix I don’t know what to do and thanks I would appreciate if people really help me out fixing it
quick sold recovery not working
On both the companion app and the web app, when i try to enter the quick sell recovery, i can't even access it. The error that pops up is: "An error occurred while trying to load the discarded items" I really need it to work since I quicksold futties lamine yamal and theres only 7 days to recover himEa servers unavailable
I have tried for 12+ hours to try and get into ultimate team. I keep getting Servers unavailable and then the main menu starts slowing down and then freezes. I have done every troubleshooting idea I could find. Delete and redownload. Clear cache. Rebuild database. Change DNS. Different internet entirely. And yet I can get on and use the companion app with no issues. All I want to do is play the game and yet your “connection” refuses to let me even get into the game.
