EA APP：platform reasons led to login failure
I bought The Sims 4 on Steam, and I still don't get why I have to open EA App to play it—or why opening the game through EA App requires Steam too. Who came up with this ridiculously dumb design? If you're going to make me link both accounts, I should be able to launch the game directly from either platform without jumping through hoops. Anyway, now it's gotten even worse. Ever since the most recent update, about 8 out of 10 times I try to log in, I get a pop-up saying "platform reasons led to login failure." To actually get into the game, I have to keep smashing the "Play" button in EA App, wait like 30 seconds, and then get hit with a "try again later" message. If I'm unlucky, I might need to do that ten or twenty times before the Sims 4 window finally shows up. I've tried logging out and back into both Steam and the EA App multiple times, but nothing helps. My internet is fine—I even bought a VPN, just to rule that out. But honestly? It doesn't make a difference whether the VPN is on or off.
One of the worst desktop applications I've ever seen
As a software developer, I don't remember the last time I've seen such a horrendous application. The amount of bugs I get weekly is absolutely mind blowing. I encounter new ones every week. On average, I have to restart the app at least 2-3 times before it successfully launches a game. Some days I'll try 10+ times and waste over an hour of my time to end up not even being able to play a single game. What's crazy is that it's been like this for over a year now, and not only has it not improved, it's actually gotten worse. I'm not usually the type to leave reviews, but I really had to take the time to leave this one. Seriously, what the hell is the dev team doing?EA App So Bad I Quit
I wanted to download Battlefield 4 to play a classic game and have some fun. However, the EA app refused to connect me to the network along with limiting my download speed to 250Kb/s... I literally gave up and cancelled the download and uninstalled the game. Why is it so difficult for EA to just make a SERVICEABLE launcher.

i have a steam account which conntains 4 ea games (Samurai - https://steamcommunity.com/id/GetRichOrDieTriyin/) i tried to log-in to play burnout paradise remastred, and i found out that my account is linked to an ea account which is not mine, i'm 100% sure that this isn't my account, you can even check my battlefield 3 account Do something please - Boutaleb Mohammed.
