I came to play Multiplayer, instead the EA App is playing ME!!!
Let me paint you a picture of what EA calls a "gaming experience" in 2026. Launcher update drops, suddenly BF6 Multiplayer and REDSEC are "not installed" — modes I've been playing for MONTHS. Fine, I'll try a workaround and use "Modify Install" to disable and then reenable the modes. Except the UI doesn't save ANYTHING. It's a decorative button. Cosmetic. Like the $30 skins you're peddling. So now the EA app decides on my behalf to redownload 40GB of textures I ALREADY OWN, with zero consent and ZERO way to cancel it. And since it's downloading, I can't uninstall either. My PC is being held hostage by a launcher that can't do the ONE thing a launcher is supposed to do. DICE used to make the greatest multiplayer shooters on the planet. BF2. BF3, BF4.... Now I can't even get into a lobby. This isn't a bug report. This is a eulogy. Fix your garbage launcher or get off the market.34Views0likes0CommentsI got double charged. Help me

There was a recent update for my game and it was stuck in the updating process, it didn't even begin to load to 1% for like twenty minutes. So, I hit cancel in hopes that I could retry downloading again but now it has been stuck on "canceling" for about five hours. I need help please, I don't know how to fix this!SolvedError EC:201, cannot open the app
After a quite long time of not using the app I tried to open it, but the app won't open. First, it tells me the app cannot connect to EA servers and tells me to open app in offline mode, however when I open offline mode the EC:201 error appears and it says that they cannot find my account, even though on safari I log in easily. I cannot do anything except trying to go on offline mode and close the app. Also, any advice I find on the internet is to open something windows related, but I have a mcbook and the app downloaded on IOS. Please somebody help me :( Also, I don't know if somebody from Poland will read it since its my chosen language so just in case I'll write the same in polish Po długim czasie nie używania aplikacji postanowiłam zagrać w coś ale aplikacja nie chce się otworzyć. Proszę pomóżcie mi :((365Views0likes5CommentsEA APP:platform reasons led to login failure
I bought The Sims 4 on Steam, and I still don't get why I have to open EA App to play it—or why opening the game through EA App requires Steam too. Who came up with this ridiculously dumb design? If you're going to make me link both accounts, I should be able to launch the game directly from either platform without jumping through hoops. Anyway, now it's gotten even worse. Ever since the most recent update, about 8 out of 10 times I try to log in, I get a pop-up saying "platform reasons led to login failure." To actually get into the game, I have to keep smashing the "Play" button in EA App, wait like 30 seconds, and then get hit with a "try again later" message. If I'm unlucky, I might need to do that ten or twenty times before the Sims 4 window finally shows up. I've tried logging out and back into both Steam and the EA App multiple times, but nothing helps. My internet is fine—I even bought a VPN, just to rule that out. But honestly? It doesn't make a difference whether the VPN is on or off.77Views0likes0Comments
