EA App Errors EC 10600 / 10608 / 10610 — Can’t Play (Tried Everything)
Hi everyone, I really need help because I have been unable to play EA Sports FC for 4 days now. Every time I launch the game, I get different EA App errors related to cloud sync or connection: - EC 10600 (couldn’t load cloud data) - EC 10608 (network sync issue) - EC 10610 (unable to connect to EA servers) - “Your latest sync was interrupted” - Cloud / local data conflicts Sometimes EA App doesn’t even open properly, sometimes the game won’t launch, and when it finally launches, the same errors appear again. I have tried absolutely everything: - Clearing EA App cache - Deleting AppData (Local, LocalLow, Roaming) - Reinstalling EA App, Steam, and the game - Resetting DNS, IP, Winsock - Running as administrator - Disabling antivirus/firewall Nothing worked. To check if the problem was my EA account, I even created a new EA account and linked it to Steam. But the same errors appear on the new account too, so this is not a problem with my account or my PC. Now I’m stuck because my Steam account is linked to the new EA account, and I can’t go back to my original one due to the 6-month unlink restriction. So I can’t play on my main account anymore either. At this point I’m completely lost and very disappointed because I just want to play the game again. If anyone has suggestions, solutions, or knows what I can try next, please help me. I really don’t know what else to do. Hello, I recently redeemed codes for the Life and Death and Enchanted by Nature DLCs for The Sims 4. They show up in my add-ons list, but they are not marked as installed and I cannot get them to start downloading. I opened a case about this and spoke to several people in live chat support, but I keep getting transferred to others, I have to repeat the issue everytime and nobody has given me any useful information. I've already tried clearing the EA App cache, reinstalling the ea app, reinstalling the whole game, running it as administrator, logging in and out, restarting my pc, running the game.. nothing helps. I'm sorry but this is not an issue with my PC or my internet connection. I run full gigabit internet, I have a network card capable of handling those speeds. Yet, when I come to the EA app everything runs like it's stuck in molasses. Updates run so slow I feel like I'm trying to download a movie in 1997 on dial-up internet again. No other launcher does this, or has this problem at all. Then even worse when it goes to verify the files of the game after download to make sure nothing broke. It's going even slower and I know for a fact the drive I'm saving it too can read and verify files way faster than 1GB/minute. I'm sorry but what is wrong with this company? They had issues with Apex servers lagging out and other issues. I've seen people having download speed issues dated back months, and even longer. What is going on? Also, I have done ALL of the "having trouble with downloads?" troubleshooting steps I could find. It changes nothing. So can somebody like investigate this on the company end or will I just end up like so many others in more recent times... unanswered and left out in the cold? Hi guys, can you help me with my problem? For two weeks I try to start FC26 from steam, but after window with “Preparation of the game” it disappears. I tried to start my EA app, i see window for 2 seconds and it disappears( Maybe someone fixed this problem? Help me pls! I have already tried to reinstall the game, reinstall EA app, reinstall win, clear cache, use app recovery and etcMy a way out game couldn't launch and always validating
So when i tried to play the game, it won't launch the game and always validating on steam. And also on the EA app it says that i should install the game first on steam, eventhough i already did. And i've tried many ways to fix it but it stay the same. I tried change the default installation path to the steam folder where the game is located and then i close the EA app completely and reopen it and still nothing changes. And then i tried uninstall the EAapp and install it again and still didn't work. After that i tried put the EAapp to non steam game launch, and still the same. And i tried to unlink my steam account and link it back and still nothing change. And after that my desperate action is just try to uninstall all the game files and EA files that i have in my pc and install it again. And still didn't work out. Hello, I would like to know if there is a work around this problem, I got BF6 redsec through epic (worst gaming decision I've ever done so far) they prompted me to create this ea account, so now when launching the game from desktop, ea launches then epic then 5min+ wait for the whole thing to boot which is very frustranting. I was wondering if I can delete the game from epic and have it back again in ea store, without the link between the two companies, I ve tried the following to no avail: clean uninstall reinstall bf6, epic, ea, independently but ea recognizes that bf6 has epic stamp and i can't continue the install unless i have epic Contacted both support to delete the game from epic library which both said we can't do anything. All i have left is to delete this account, but then I'll lose the account and progress forever since I can't re use my email. Frankly, this is very frustration how gray everything is and how they force you to use platforms you're not confortable with, just to gather all data they can get their hands on and blast you with ads. I pre ordered the deluxe edition of Dragon Age the Veilgaurd and have still not received my DLC. It just does not show up in the game. This has been happening since the release of the game in November last year. Does anyone have any idea how this can be fixed? It shows here but does not show up in the game at all.
