Ranked aura displaying as rookie
Hello, I’m currently silver ranked but my aura still shows as rookie. In the queuing lobby it’ll show silver, but when I enter the character pick lobby and enter the game it’ll show rookie. My game will start but won't allow me to login, just buffers on first screen forever. I've tried so many solutions, i'll list a few here: 1. Flushing DNS 2. Restarting computer 3. Reinstalling game 4. Updating Drivers 5. Reinstalling EAC 6. Validated game files multiple times 7. Compatibility mode and admin mode 8. I am experiencing an issue with my account. Whenever I earn new Legend Tokens from leveling up, my total number of Legend Tokens does not update.My balance has been stuck at 10.2k Legend Tokens for some time, even though I should have received additional tokens from recent level-ups. I'm unable to load into any game mode (including firing range) on my main account (PS5), but everything worlds perfectly fine on my second account. Whenever I try to load into a game on my main account, it says I am 'matchmaking' and will sometimes say '1 player in queue', which I assume is me. It stays like this forever and won't find a game. I have spoken to EA advisors on the help chat several times and they have verified that there isn't a restriction on my account. I was hacked a while ago and that was resolved, but I'm left wondering if this is a lingering effect where my account was restricted in some way because of it. The latest EA advisor I spoke to suggested making a post on here about it, as the issue couldn't be solved through the support chat.
