Apex packs
Hi, I bought 20 Apex Packs and still had 20+ more left. I was about to open them all, but I encountered an error. I restarted my console to refresh it, but when I returned to Apex Legends, all of my Apex Packs were gone.I thought maybe they had already been opened, but there’s nothing new in my Legend Locker. I’m not sure if this is a bug, but I’m hoping someone can help me get my Apex Packs back. I know it’s only around 40+, but I still feel really disappointed.Audio Subsystem Crashes in Menu
Windows 10 Geforce GTX 1070 RME HDSPe AIO PCIe Soundcard with ASIO Driver Audio subsystem crashes and all audio turns off in the game menu about one minute after clicking continue to enter the menu. Audio from other applications will also crash when apex is running. Menu sounds will disappear after one minute and the audio from other applications will turn off. Starting a game does not bring sound back. Audio from the PC and other applications will come back immediately after apex closes. Game worked fine for the past 7 years. The last time I tried to log in and play was about five months ago and the problem was occurring then. Videos demonstrate the bug. I have installed, reinstalled, verified installation files both on steam launcher and on the EA App. I have disabled sound devices both in the settings menu and in the device manager independently to see if any sound device will work; however, my computer freezes if i don't use the soundcard in my pcie slot. i cant really tell if i have audio or not with my motherboard soundcard. I have verified the registry keys of my audio drivers and their installations. i have changed the sample rate and the buffer size to all possible usable combinations. I have done what i think i could do before creating this ticket. this is not some misguided attempt to complain about the game. i can play every single game on my pc just fine. this is the only game that will not run properly and i need help because i want to play the game.Im having multiple crashes after the last update.
I just downloaded new update from steam when it released. After that i tried to get in a ranked game and my game lagged a little bit in the matchmaking phase. Ten seconds after that (i was still matchmaking) game crashed and no error messages showed on the screen. I tried to solve it multiple times with help of an a.i assistant but nothing seemed helping. As a last option i delete game and re-download it. It worked for 2 days without a problem but today, i get the same problem and it got worse! The first time it happened was only kicking from ranked matchmaking, but now when the game load and lobby screen show up it kicks me instantly. I don't think my hardware or drivers have a problem because i was playing that game every single day atleast for 2 hours but after the last update this started to happen. My drivers is updated (every single one). I want that problem to be solved and today i just finally get an error message on my screen and i will send it to you guys with the error file tagged. I was trying to inspect problem with procmon (process monitor) and randomly game crashed popped a error message.Game crashes on storm point
After the latest update i have had these issues: Game crashes when loading into storm point. I have tried everything. The only solution that has kind of worked is reinstalling drivers. It works for a few hours then boom crash and cant play storm point again. There is no error when crashing it just boots me to the desktop. CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 5700X3D 8-Core Processor GPU: AMD Radeon RX 7600 Ram: 16GB This has only started happening after the latest update.Game crash
Hello, so the game keeps crashing just a couple seconds after launching it and getting to the main menu. At first i thought the game files or the EA app was faulty but after rapairing the files and trying Steam too, the problem wasnt fixed. I just read some peoples problems on your forum and some of them are reporting the same problem. Please fix it as soon as you can! Other than that this season is great, ranked is finally enjoyable again, love the reworked hemlok.
Unable to purchase Apex Coins on PC
I seemed to dodge a lot of the menu issues people here were going through. Instead, for the past two days now, I haven't been able to purchase anything in game. The Steam payment window will pop-up, I'll click authorize, the window closes, my in-game balances will refresh for a few seconds, & then I'll see that the coins weren't added, the payment never actually went through, & my Steam wallet credit hasn't been deducted. I've tried resetting my router, closing and re-opening Apex, waiting lol, etc. Tried going through EA support who says it's a Steam issue but purchases on other games on the platform haven't been affected for me, only this game. Not sure who to contact or what else to do but hopefully it's not just me going through it.
