hi am unable to use conduit. I unlocked her on launch and played plenty of matches with her. When i logged back in, i wasn't able to play her. she is Locked and am unable to buy her either. the purchase option isn't visible or selectable either. I want to play this character, i have the skins n all as well and i put money into getting the skins. Please help Please unlock her for me from your side. Take my legend tokens if u wish. While the lobby correctly displays your rank, matches and training sessions show you as a rookie. This issue has been fixed, but it may still persist for some users. I've tried various solutions like restarting, but it hasn't been resolved for a week since I first noticed it.
