Apex is unplayable
On Xbox, i press 'Y' and start loading into a game. The loading screen will pop up, but instead of making it into a game, it loads me back to the lobby. I have tried to join a game with friends (trios) and while they load into the game, I load back to the lobby. It is not a internet issue. I have tested the internet and restarted the router multiple times. I have deleted and reinstalled the game multiple times. I have changed the server multiple times. Im at a loss on what to do. I searched the internet and found a reddit forum describing the same issue. Multiple people had the same issue and no one had a solution. The reddit post is 6 years old- STILL NO SOLUTION.
Missing 20 kills badge
Hi, I recently dropped 20 kills on Wraith in Wildcard gamemode. However, it seems because me and my friend requeued instantly after the game ended, stats for frags were ignored. My profile says that highest kill count is 16 while 2nd screenshot clearly says 20. Getting this badge always was a special achievement for me.

My account has been currently showing a negative balance. I don't fully remember what made this, but if it was a due to something on my end, i am willing to take responsibility for it. more happy to resolve the issue and pay off the balance when i get the money. The problem is i am facing is that when i try to make a payment, it doesn't work so with the Negative amount i am given, could you possibly look into this and fix the issue so i can get my account back in good standing. here is some pictures to show what is happening.
