I want to play online against others (EA racenet) I have to scan a QR code I scan it and I get to a page from EA that doesn't help me at all to connect my account I'm on the PS5 can someone help me please

WHY can’t I unlink my account???
Wait 6 months before I can unlink? Absolutely ridiculous. I accidentally linked the wrong account and I can’t get past the “please reset your password” screen although I have reset my password. I assume this is because the wrong account is linked. Can someone please help.

Racenet server down
Cant connect to league racing in F123. Racenet error. Cant even see my friends in the app or leagues I created. Talked to EA support but they just brushed me off saying to just write something on the forum and to wait for the repsonse... How long is this going to take......
