I loaded up the game eager to go play my favourite mode, Manager career mode. In this specific save I had spent countless hours building around Serie bkt team: Palermo. Then I tried to go play the mode when I see the text saying "there is no loaded save". I was devastated seeing this, but I still thought it was a visual glitch. Then I go into my second favourite game mode, Ultimate team but that doesn't load either so I close the game hoping that the visual glitch would go away and I could play my manager career. I open the game again, but this time there isn't even a possibility to continue the save, it's just two options "New career mode save" and "load career mode save". Obviously I tried to pick the second option but it just tells me that "there is no loaded save". Then I try every possible thing I could think of. At the same time my hope of me getting to play my favourite mode diminishes. As I'm writing this it's already been a torturous hour of me not getting to play my favourite mode. I've tried to find where the save file in the game files would be but it's just a bunch of random letters. So now I'm asking you, EA, to help me in my helplessness. I opened a Seasonal Supply Pack and when I went to redeem the Breakthrough TOTW Provisions Pack it said "There Was a Problem Connecting to the Football Ultimate Team servers. Please try again later." Now that just keeps appearing after I try to redeen the breakthrough TOTW Provisions pack. Upon trying to get into the lobby for APEX on PS4 I keep getting told that it can not complete EA Account sign in after flashing a grey loading screen (with the same loading symbol used on this site). According to the people I play APEX with there was an update to the TOS today. Is EA's bad coding on a simple ToS update blocking me from being able to play APEX anymore? How do I get this fixed when EA's site to contact them literally wont do anything. I have tried unlinking-relinking my account to EA/origin, I have tried changing my EA password, I have tried resetting the PS4, and closing and reopening the APEX legends app, nothing has worked. Edit: I have also tried loading up Battlefront 2 and had no problem at all playing online. EDIT #2: Since no one from EA seems to have replied or anyone in the community I've found that there seems to be a work around by connecting your Playstation to a different network (LAN cable if you're on wifi, or wifi if you're on LAN, using a Hotspot might work as well but I didn't try that).11KViews12likes23CommentsGame won't start

This is getting beyond frustrating. I paid extra for early access to NHL 25 so I could actually enjoy the game early and get a head start, and yet here I am, completely unable to play anything. Meanwhile, everyone else is out there upgrading their teams and enjoying the early access events, and I’m stuck, missing out on everything. To make things worse, we’ve heard NOTHING from EA. No patch, no fix, no acknowledgment, and definitely no compensation. We deserve something for this disaster. I paid to get ahead, and now I’m being punished for it. I can’t play any online modes—HUT, World of Chel, Online VS, Nothing. The only thing that works is Franchise mode, and even that crashed right after my draft, so I lost all my progress. Here are the error codes I keep getting: Error Code #1: 4A7FC65FB403505-0000000000009999-8303560777938C5B Error Code #2: 74A7FC65FB4D3505-0000000000009999-CB30C4E59F25B609 My PSN ID is Masaitl-19, and I’ve been able to play on XBOX just fine with the same EA account. This is ridiculous, EA messes up an update and causes an issue, but instead of acknowledging and fixing the issue they act like there isn't an issue. The white logo and field is now heading into week 3. This is why having one company monopolize NFL and NCAA content is bad for consumers. They are the only game in town and they don't care if the product is mediocre or just plain bad. I don't give it too long before EA is sold or taken over by another gaming company due to falling revenue caused by bad business practices. Trust me this type of bad corporate practice in the gaming world never last. If that happens, the EA Sports management team will be let go. So keep up the bad work guys.
