[INFO] How to report a bug
Hi everyone and welcome to our FC 26 bug report section! We do our best when developing our games, but nevertheless, software bugs are a reality of game development. While we work to squash as many bugs as possible, we know that some can slip through. We want to ensure you have the best gameplay experience possible, so we appreciate it if you can take the time to report any bugs or give us feedback about your experience. When you report a bug, we review the reports and work with the game development team to identify the reported bugs and issues that most impact our players. Unfortunately, we won't be able to respond and give updates on every single post, but I can assure you that doesn't mean your problem is forgotten. Where to post? To keep things organized, please always post in the most appropriate forum category. In here, the FC 26 Bug Reports section is really only for reporting bugs. If you want to provide feedback about something, head over to our dedicated feedback board - FC 26 Feedback & Suggestions. Or, if you are experiencing more of a technical issue, better post in our FC 26 Technical Issues section. It can sometimes be confusing whether an issue is due to a bug or a technical issue. It's okay if you're unsure where to post, but as a quick rule of thumb, a bug would need to be fixed in a patch/update, and a technical issue might be fixable with troubleshooting. For example, any kind of download or installation issues. When providing information on a bug report, posting on an existing thread is okay if your issue is exactly the same as the original post. If you are experiencing a similar issue with slight variations, please create your own topic. If you find multiple bugs, create a separate thread for each one. Also, separate bug and feedback posts. While this may seem tedious, It helps us get to the point of the bugs making a more effective experience for you and us. Please post a subject with a clear summary of your issue. Starting posts with "I need help!" or "Can't play no matter what" only serves to make your issue harder to resolve. We understand that emotions can run high while dealing with technical issues, but posting in an abusive or disparaging manner will not be tolerated and does not advance our goal of assisting the widest audience of players in this forum. What information do we require? A vital part of a bug report is that we can reproduce the issue you are seeing. A clear screenshot of what you're experiencing, or a short video clip, can be a lifesaver for us. Generally, as many details as possible with clear descriptions would be helpful. Some typical information that should be included would be the following: Platform: Gamertag/PSN ID/EA ID: Game mode and where in the mode the issue happened: Summary of the issue: Potential Repro Steps: Recent Timestamp (Date, Time, Timezone): Especially within UT, Timestamps are vital and it's important they are recent (no older than 48hrs if possible) Videos or Screenshots: How to use tags? Tags are something like hashtags and useful to indicate what your issue is mainly about. These can be used as filters to help narrow down if something was reported before. They also give information needed for a bug report, since this forum doesn't have a template. Thread Tags will be added/removed if they are wrong or missing. To edit tags afterwards in your own post, click on the cogwheel all the way to the top right to edit the first post. The available tags will be different per board, and it will also be mandatory to select at least 1 tag before posting. Most essential, please make sure to select the tag for the platform you're playing on. Ai your face on your career player
Hey just a quick one to the Ea sports community. How cool is it in career modes you see your players name in the squad then as a substitute then in the starting eleven. The you make your player look as much like you as can. But it's just always a generic look. Imagine you could use AI and have your face loaded onto your avatar player so all the photo shot and boxed photos are actual you. Imagine getting subbed on and when the pop up photos of the interchanging players are shown and your face is on your avatar wouldn't that be awesome EA please look into this LawrenceImpossible to login to Webapp/Companion - Amazon Luna
Hi, I've been playing FC 26 for over two weeks now on Amazon Luna. And it seems like it's impossible for us to login to the webapp or companion with the error message: "Login unavailable. We're currently having trouble with login services. While we work on it, you can try to log in from your Console or PC to get the full football ultimate team experience" keeps showing up everytime I login." I saw complain related to this on the forum but it seems like it didn't receive much attention. We also paid 99 bucks for the game just like any other players and we should be able to login to the Webapp/Companion app. Thanks. [Luna] Save game files missing
Hi everyone, we are aware of an issue where FC 25 players on Amazon Luna may find their saved game files being deleted. We are working to restore data and recommend not creating a new settings profile. Creating a new settings profile will allow you to recover your Ultimate Team progress but will prevent recovering your Career data. As soon as we have further updates to share, we will let you know! Update: This issue should now be mitigated and we are expecting to release a new patch soon to prevent any additional impact. I believe that the egyptian league and egypt national team should be in eafc 26. I understand the license issues but you guys should contact them into renewing the license so they can be in these games. Clubs like Al Ahly are one of the best clubs in african football. They were in the club world cup this year and previous years and were in the CAF Champions league. Dear EA FC! You say you are taking on board and hear our community feedback. I am writing this to inform you that for years you have set unattainable trophies such as the ‘Top of the pyramid’ trophy and other trophies where you require friends to obtain the platinum trophy. Not everybody has friends or not everyone is able to Qualify to elite division in pro clubs to obtain this trophy it is almost impossible. Please fix this issue and remove these trophies and change them to easier trophies easier for everyone to obtain please, so PlayStation users are able to obtain the platinum trophy with much more ease and enjoyment. You have implied heavily that you hear our community feedback so please kindly take this feedback on board and make it easier for all playstation users to obtain trophies and successfully gain a platinum trophy on EA Fc 26. Hackers ruined the experience for PC players from the very first week of FC 25. Cheats were available for purchase on DAY ONE, and the game quickly became unfair and unplayable. Many of us quit not because the game was bad, but because it stopped being competitive and fun. If FC 26 doesn't launch with a strong anti-cheat system from day one, you're going to lose a whole segment of your community in the first week.
