Fc 25 Companion app
Hi, I was recently having a problem in the fc 25 companion app. When I login to my account on the companion app it says "Early Web and Mobile Access has expired. You need to login to Football Ultimate Team 25 on your Console or PC to continue using this account. Your Ultimate Team Club data has been saved and will be availablethe next time you login." And I did login to my Ultimate team. The platform I use is Amazon luna+ Cloud gaming, my luna account and amazon account are both connected to my Ea account. I hope I find a solution for it. Thanks.
Luna Players Locked Out of Web/Companion Apps in EAFC 25
Hi EA Team, I play EAFC 25 through Amazon Luna. When I try to log into the Web or Companion Apps, I get the message: "Early Web and Mobile Access has expired. Please log on on PC or Xbox to allow access." The issue is that as a Luna-only player, I don’t own a PC or console version of EAFC 25. This means there’s no way to complete the required one-time login step to Ultimate Team outside of Luna. As a result, Luna players are permanently locked out of the Web and Companion Apps, even though we are paying to play the game via Luna. This feels very unfair to cloud players. We’re using an official platform (Amazon Luna), yet we can’t access features that other players get by default. Could EA please: Allow Luna logins to count for Web/Companion App access, OR Provide an alternative method for Luna-only players to authenticate? EA Help support confirmed this limitation but could not provide a solution. They suggested raising the issue here so the development team is aware. Thank you for looking into this. Right now from 2 days i feel the gameplay being sluggish and slow.my players are running in the mud.please fix this issue many players have already complained about this issue.it feels like more animations has been added up to the game from the past 2 days please fix this issue.it absolutely feel disgusting to play.
