Dear EA FC! You say you are taking on board and hear our community feedback. I am writing this to inform you that for years you have set unattainable trophies such as the ‘Top of the pyramid’ trophy and other trophies where you require friends to obtain the platinum trophy. Not everybody has friends or not everyone is able to Qualify to elite division in pro clubs to obtain this trophy it is almost impossible. Please fix this issue and remove these trophies and change them to easier trophies easier for everyone to obtain please, so PlayStation users are able to obtain the platinum trophy with much more ease and enjoyment. You have implied heavily that you hear our community feedback so please kindly take this feedback on board and make it easier for all playstation users to obtain trophies and successfully gain a platinum trophy on EA Fc 26. I purchased the EA FC 26 Ultimate Edition from the PlayStation Store on August 13. Since then, I have not received my Ultimate Edition rewards/content. I already contacted PlayStation Support about this, and they confirmed the purchase on their side but told me it is an EA issue and they cannot help with missing in-game content. Then I contacted ea help live chat and told me to write a forum and that the managers will help.Today is September 8, and I still have not received the rewards.
[Luna] Save game files missing
Hi everyone, we are aware of an issue where FC 25 players on Amazon Luna may find their saved game files being deleted. We are working to restore data and recommend not creating a new settings profile. Creating a new settings profile will allow you to recover your Ultimate Team progress but will prevent recovering your Career data. As soon as we have further updates to share, we will let you know! Update: This issue should now be mitigated and we are expecting to release a new patch soon to prevent any additional impact. Hi, I was recently having a problem in the fc 25 companion app. When I login to my account on the companion app it says "Early Web and Mobile Access has expired. You need to login to Football Ultimate Team 25 on your Console or PC to continue using this account. Your Ultimate Team Club data has been saved and will be availablethe next time you login." And I did login to my Ultimate team. The platform I use is Amazon luna+ Cloud gaming, my luna account and amazon account are both connected to my Ea account. I hope I find a solution for it. Thanks.
