2nd time in a couple of weeks
Solitaire Home Story freezes mid game. Cannot click on anything except to exit the game. Losing aids and coins every time it does this. twice now. different levels using Mac OS 12.7.6 with google chrome Version 150.0.7871.125 (Official Build) (x86_64) getting sick of lags and freezes TamiMahjong Sanctuary
Looks like the deer and goat were recently introduced in the latest zoo area and I used stars earned to get both. Now, somehow the goat has disappeared as an option even though it is walking around in my zoo with the food/water/bed. I also got the deer but the food/water/bed that I used stars on to get have all disappeared so the thing is walking around with nothing. Are the support personnel even here reading what problems people are having? The drop down menu page says “report a problem” but then it takes you to this forum which says “start a discussion”. I don’t see anywhere specifically to report a problem and/or get a case number to know that someone is actively reviewing and fixing these issues.Matching moments issues
For days as I complete games the stars don't increase. Yet I am winning and just completed a challenge which was to gain 35 stars. Challenge complete, stars never increased. This has gone on for a while. Also the in game challenge to complete games in a row, endlessly cycles at 0-5 games. It shows next level of 10 games but then when it gets to 5 it gives a 100 coin reward and restarts. Using Firefox on Macbook but same issues occur if I switch to Chrome or Safari.Can't load Merge on IPad since they added the specials
I have problems with a lot of the new games, but Merge has been one that consistently works. Since the new sales went up, I can't open it. I just get a white page and an error message. This happens in Sol Home too, but that has always been that way. The other game issues include: Tile crashes, Sanctuary won't open if I save in the latest board, Poker crashes, Matching Moments crashes. See the pattern going. It's the new games and when you all do these updates.
Ongoing Poker Town Loading Issues
I had commented on another post when I wasn't able to get the game to load for a daily challenge since it counted towards the 1000 Pogi Bonus. I hadn't thought about it till now since I need the game for the County Fair Bingo event. I personally don't play the game since I have no idea how it even works which is the same dilemma I've seen others talking about. I ask that you either fix the issues or give me credit on the Bingo board by completing the block. I spent my time focusing the the 4 corners since they were going to be the ones that would be the most time consuming. I wish I thought to try Poker Town to see if you resolved the issue so I could have contacted you sooner to get this fixed. I'm still having the exact same issue of the game loading up till 26% & going no further.
