Need help getting the Sims 3 64bit for Mac OS
So I've been recently trying to play the sims 3 (32 bit) on my iMac but every time I open the game either it closes right away or it load then begins to flash white, and since I have history of seizures I have to quickly close the game. I have absolutely no clue as to how to open a case with EA to get the 64bit version for my Mac as I've researched and that seemed to be the only way for the sims 3 to work on newer Mac models. Anything help!! Thanks!

If you see this error: Please open Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 3 and delete Version.tag. You'll need to open the folders manually; the file won't show up in a search. Game launcher crashes when I open the downloads tab in Sims 3, maybe someone has ideas how to fix this problem. I play in Mac. I uninstalled everything and then reinstalled but unfortunately it didn't help. I bought a new world - Roaring Heights Gold Edition but I can't download it in my game when launcher crashes.

Invalid email/password
I've recently started getting an invalid email/password error when trying to log in to my store account. It was working fine at the start of the week, but I had to change my password and that's where the issue began. I know I'm typing it correctly and there are no special characters or such in my password but the game refuses to log me in. This is made harder because I'm playing on a Macbook Air and everyone that I've seen with this problem is on Windows and so the solution is for Windows, not Mac. Has anyone had this problem on a Mac? And how do you fix it?sims 3 content

Mac user with basic sim 3 package No packs yet (maybe later when get more cash went to the exhange Ever since they switched over from orgin to ea I can get in with my account (wont post it here) with out having to change anything Just basic sims 3 package here no add ons.. Want to download from exchange i,d say forget it.. can get me to https://store.thesims3.com/ but wont let me download anything.. where do custom content stuff show up?
