Madden 21 PS5 “Face Of The Franchise” not opening
Hello, Madden 21 has not been opening up and the reason i bought this game was because of the high school, to college, to NFL. No other game has this mode, when I click on face of the franchise it says “loading”, then goes away and does not load in, please can you help?

Hello, I've just purchased Madden 21 to play Road to Glory, but I'm experiencing constant issues. I've reinstalled the game, deleted the reserved save space, restarted the Xbox—basically everything suggested online—and nothing seems to work. I'm out of ideas. Any help would be greatly appreciated.Madden 21
Bull**bleep**. Just bull**bleep** that you require these games to be connected to your servers that you then shut down. People spend their hard earned money on games and have the right to be able to play them. If you can’t be held accountable to be able to provide a consumer with the ability to use what they have purchased then that is called theft. We hadn’t played games in moths because we’ve been busy and had no idea the server was going down. So now the literal reason we bought the game (Face of the Franchise) can’t be used. It’s things like this that make me want to stop buying games from EA all together.
