[PC] Mass Effect Online Access Error in Multiplayer Mode
Commander, you’ve received a new message at your private terminal! When downloading Mass Effect 3 or Mass Effect Andromeda, players may run into one of the following errors: Mass Effect 3 - "An online pass is required to access the online features of the game." Mass Effect Andromeda - "Missing Online Access" Changes to the EA account cause these specific errors. These can include but are not limited to the following: EA Play subscription expired Account Mergers A separate account downloaded the DLC If you encounter this error when launching the game, first try the following steps to see if this resolves the error(s). Delete EA License Files: Make sure the EA app is closed. Press the Windows key and "R" at the same time. Type or copy and paste "ProgramData%\Electronic Arts\EA Services" (without the quotes) into the new Window > ENTER Delete all files within this folder. Clear Windows temp files: Press the Windows key and "R" at the same time Into the new window, type or copy & paste: "%temp%" (Without the quotes.) > hit "ENTER" Now your Windows Explorer should have brought you to the "C:\Users\>your user name<\AppData\Local\Temp" folder. > Delete all files and folders in it. (If some files or folders can't be deleted, reboot and try again.) If the above steps do not resolve the issue, you will need to contact our Support Team who will review your EA account and make any necessary changes with you. Chose the following options Create a new case Mass Effect PC Manage my account Can’t log in In the Subject line Mass Effect Online Access Error Please describe your issue - Short, sweet, and to the point! For Example, "I downloaded Mass Effect 3 or Mass Effect Andromeda, and when I logged into multiplayer, I was met with an error that said I was missing the "Online Access." This is preventing me from connecting to multiplayer mode." At this point, you can send an email or scroll under Other Support Options and connect with a Chat Advisor. Thanks!
ME3 multiplayer randomly crashes
I bought ME3 a few months ago for the multiplayer. It's been a lot of fun - a very well-made game. However, I have an issue where the game randomly crashes with no warning. I'm playing on an Asus laptop I bought last fall - it's basically brand new. I know many other people have this issue as well, as I found a Reddit thread about it (https://www.reddit.com/r/MECoOp/comments/18ysl2s/me3_mp_crashing/). I've tried the fixes some people have posted there, but to no avail. When I host, it seems to crash very commonly in the first 60 seconds or so of wave 3. Having people in the game who are physically far away (i.e. in Europe) seems to increase the likelihood. The crashes seem to come in clusters. Some sessions I can play 5+ games with no issue, while other sessions I crash virtually every game. Does anyone know how to solve this?
Unable to download DLC for Mass Effect 3 in the EA app
After purchasing and launching Mass Effect 3 (2012) on EA, it was discovered that there was no DLC download for both single and multiplayer games. When I tried to find them in "add-ons management", they were not displayed. They weren't in the store either. Restarting the game, reinstalling the game, and clearing the cache did not help. There is no way to play with DLC. Please explain how to solve this problem. If there is a problem on the part of the launcher, are they going to solve it or at least provide the opportunity to manually install DLC.Unable to Launch Mass Effect 3
Hello. I am unable to launch ME3 as it states I do not own the game, but I definitely do. I have never had this issue before. I do not have another EA account, and I have 100+ hours in the game. The message below is what I get when attempting to launch the game. Help would be appreciated. I just wanna play some ME3 multiplayer. Thank you!
