Playstation Ban and My EA Account
Hello, My PlayStation account has been permanently banned due to messages I posted that I didn't send. I can't find anyone to appeal to, and I have an Ultimate Team on my EA account that I've put a lot of effort into, but I can't play matches with it because PlayStation banned me for messages I didn't send. I kindly request your help in linking my EA account to another PlayStation account. Many people are suffering from this problem, and a lot of our hard work has gone to waste. Please do something about this; PlayStation banned us, took away our right to appeal, we can't find anyone to help, and we can't log in with our EA account. I got my transfer market approved week or two ago and that worked perfectly. I then set up my companion app and was informed I unlocked the store after a few days. I was hit with a “wait 24 hours as you’ve maxed your bid” message. However, unlike the in game market, this timer is stuck at 24 hours and I can no longer list players again? Issue 1: Connection drop at the start of matches Whenever I play Ultimate Team tournaments with a friend and my team is the away team, the game kicks me out of the match at the 5-second mark. This happens specifically in tournament modes like "Sudamerica" or the "Europe" tournament released today, as well as in "Triple Threat." However, this does not happen in Rivals. Issue 2: Inconsistent match counting after disconnection There is an issue with how match records are updated after a disconnection: The friend who sends the invite loses the match and it counts toward their total games played. The guest player does not receive a loss, and the match is not counted at all. Example: Both players start with 15/15 matches remaining. If we play as the away team and lose the connection, the host ends up with 14/15, while the guest remains at 15/15. Hello EA, I've been trying to play this game for hours. Everytime I win/lose a game it gives me "The Ea servers are unable to process your request at the current moment. Please try again later." Hello, I’m playing on PlayStation 5 and I’m having an issue in Ultimate Duel 13 in EA Sports FC 26. Every time I finish a match, I get an error and I don’t receive any rewards. This only happens in this event. Other modes work perfectly fine. I was able to play matches earlier today without problems, but now every match ends with this error. My friend can still play without issues, so it seems like a bug affecting my account or this event. I already tried playing on WiFi and everything else works fine.
