No controller vibration (One year anniversary special)

Had this problem since July making the game completely unplayable. Completely ignoring me like this feels like my consumer rights are being violated. (it's been a year) What peripherals are you using? Please list the exact make and model. Xbox elite series 2, Dualshock 4. Do you lot not have these to hand? Is that why I have been completely ignored. (it's been a year) Can you please provide the name of your current internet service provider? talktalk. Is there a reason I was asked about this? (it's been a year) Which area is the bug/glitch in? Single Player and multiplayer and fanzone( if I mention that one will that trigger a keyword and flag this for urgent fixing. As title says. The game doesn't take inputs and hasn't since January. I have tried with both an Xbox elite series and PS4 dual shock. Using Bluetooth and usb connections, I have tried multiple usb ports. I have disabled Steam input in the steam settings. I have launched the game as administrator. I have created a new admin account on the PC and tried it. I have updated firmware and drivers. I have manually installed EA Anti cheat. I ha e calibrated the controller through Windows settings. I have done a clean boot. I am at my wits end about this.Difficulty settings gone after starting career?
At some point today I lowered the AI difficulty setting, and I think later I started a new career. But come the first race I realized I had lowered them too much and it was too easy, so not much fun. So I went into the settings, and I go from the first category to the last one, one by one, setting by setting inside each, and I can't find it. So I go online, and watch a YouTube video where the user shows there's actually a category called Difficulty. Well, this category seems to be gone completely. I can't access it neither from the main menu settings or the settings once I go into my career (I'm not sure if these are different, or the same settings just accessed from different places). I exited the game a few times, loaded it again, but that settings category is gone. This seems to me like a bug, but I'm hesitant to report it as such because I'm very new to the game. BTW, this is on Windows 11.
F1 24 Champions Edition Missing Content
Hi would like to file a complaint for missing content from my other xbox account when I purchased the F1 24 Champions Edition when it was on sale and when I started the game up on my other Xbox account the 18,000 pit coins and the f1 world bumper pack which i haven't received but i only received two icon drivers please can you fix it ASAP please.
EA Racenet - Technical Issues [F1 24]
As of today, 3rd Jan '26, it's been 3 days since the Racenet Portal & Racenet App simultaneously experiencing technical issues, to be specific, Time Trial Leadboards empty, League Racing inaccessible, FanZone Tracking impossible... However, everything's fine [TT, Leagues, FanZone] when accessed in-game on PS5, and that's left me puzzled as to what might have caused this unexpected ' glitch '... Hope this issue gets resolved soon... BTW has anyone experienced anything of this sort lately or in the past, do reply below.. Thanks.. Hi There, I am playing on an Xbox One with F1 Manager 24 1.11 in Create-A-Team mode and when I go to Gameplay Settings, I do not see anything other than team radio options and career difficulty options for Car Dev and Race. Where are the other options? The same is in Display, I only have the Gamma slider, nothing else. Where are the HUD or OSD settings? I don't see them anywhere. Thanks.
