Unobtainable "On the Way Up" Trophy in EA FC 24 (PS5)
Hello, I am contacting you regarding a technical issue in EA Sports FC 24 on PS5. I am trying to earn the "On the Way Up" trophy, which requires reaching Level 7 in a VOLTA or Clubs Season. However, because there is currently no "Live Season" active in the game, the progression bar is stuck at Level 0. Even when I play matches and earn SP, it does not count toward any level. This makes the Platinum Trophy impossible to obtain for any player who didn't finish it last year. As a dedicated player and trophy hunter, I am requesting that the team: Add a permanent/infinite "Legacy Season" to the FC 24 servers. Or, trigger a refresh of the seasonal timer so progression can resume. Many players in the community are currently facing this issue. Please escalate this to the game team so we can complete our trophy collections. Thank you.
12 Days Without Resolution - Unacceptable Support Experience
I’m writing this post out of sheer frustration after waiting 11 days for a response from EA Support without any meaningful resolution. I have reported an issue that prevents me from creating or renaming squads and changing my club name, and the following error messages constantly appear: "Failed to create a squad" "Failed to rename squad" "Your entry is filtered because it may be used to offend or harass other players…" This happens even when I use neutral terms like "Squad123", "Test123", ''12345'' and many another words. There are no restrictions or penalties on my account, and I have followed all troubleshooting steps—yet nothing has worked. The lack of support and communication from EA is beyond frustrating. 12 days without any progress or response is unacceptable, and I’m left feeling like no one at EA actually cares about fixing the issue or supporting paying customers. I’m reaching out here because it feels like the support team just doesn’t care. This problem is ruining my gaming experience, and it's hard to see how EA can let this slide without any urgency. Can someone from EA step in and fix this? I expect better, especially after being loyal to the company for so long.On the way up Trophy in PS5
I want on the way up trophy in ps5 but volta season ended and level progression locked 0. any SP i earned in featured matches in volta battles, not count to level up. Also in Clubs mode the level progression don't appear. Please start a new live season to reach level 7 and earn this trophy. ThanksFC24 Clubs Playoff Reward not received
On October 31st, I completed the playoffs with some friends. We managed to finish first place in the elite division. The whole clubs gamemode was bugged and no one could access it until it was fixed in December. I was excited to claim my 130000 volta coin reward so I logged on to FC24 clubs and the prompt to claim my 130000 volta coin reward appeared. I claimed my rewards and to my surprise, my volta coin reward of 130000 didn't carry through to the volta gamemode. It is very frustrating knowing I put a lot of time and effort to finish first place in the elite division playoffs which is no easy task to not be rewarded with what was promised. Please help.No app associated with file?!
Hello , I haven't been able to open my EAFC 24 for a month . Every time I wanna start my game ,it always shows"There is no app associated with this file to perform this operation . Please install an app , and if an app is already installed , create an association in the "Default App Settings"page". How to deal with this problem ?I am gonna be crazy !!! Hello EA forums, I just bought FIFA 23 for Black Friday, after finally buying a new computer after 10 years & I must say that I'm extremely disappointed to see that not only are the Finalists' squads not updated for the 2 DLCs 2022 FIFA World Cup & 2023 FIFA Women's World Cup, but also there are no faces from the game's Title Updates. Apparently, the game's servers were shutdown on October 30, 2025, when they initially were meant to run to December 15. Because of the early shutdown, over a month later buying the game on Black Friday, I now miss out on all this content. How to fix/rectify this situation? Many thanks, RobbieD_PL
