No app associated with file?!
Hello , I haven't been able to open my EAFC 24 for a month . Every time I wanna start my game ,it always shows"There is no app associated with this file to perform this operation . Please install an app , and if an app is already installed , create an association in the "Default App Settings"page". How to deal with this problem ?I am gonna be crazy !!! Hello EA forums, I just bought FIFA 23 for Black Friday, after finally buying a new computer after 10 years & I must say that I'm extremely disappointed to see that not only are the Finalists' squads not updated for the 2 DLCs 2022 FIFA World Cup & 2023 FIFA Women's World Cup, but also there are no faces from the game's Title Updates. Apparently, the game's servers were shutdown on October 30, 2025, when they initially were meant to run to December 15. Because of the early shutdown, over a month later buying the game on Black Friday, I now miss out on all this content. How to fix/rectify this situation? Hello, I’m having problems with my connection to EA servers. Until recently, I was always routed to nearby servers in Europe with a very low ping (around 6–8 ms). Now my connection is being sent through the US instead of the closest EU servers, which results in ~120 ms ping. I ran traceroute tests, and they clearly show that the traffic is not going to the nearest servers anymore. My ISP confirmed that everything is correct on their side, so the issue must be outside their network. I also tested with another EA account and the same problem occurs, so it’s not account-related. I tried to submit this issue via EA Help, but the system didn’t allow me to create a case (no ticket was generated). That’s why I’m reporting it here. Could you please escalate this issue and assign my connection back to the closest EU servers? Thank youI can't open FC 24
I bought FC 24 on my PC a few months after it came out, and everything was fine with it for a while. One day, after an update had completed, I tried to open the game, but whatever I tried, it didn't open- on epic games (where I bought it), whenever I tried to launch it, it would show that it was launching, but revert back and show an error page. When i tried to open it on the EA app, it showed 'update complete' and it used to show up in my library, but would again say there was an error. Eventually, it stopped even showing up in my EA library and start asking me to re-purchase whenever I tried to open it. I need help to move on with this and either get the game back, or a full refund for the game. How can I contact someone from EA to figure this out?
