Not receiving chel coins after finished match
Like the tilte says. Me and my team played 4 games and i only got chel coins from 1 game. Never happened before. I didn't remember to ask others and we just ended our games. And yes. We played our games to the end. It is just weard that from one game got coins but not every game like you should get. I just wanted to informate about this and as a big time collector of equipments and jerseys the coins are very much needed. 😅 6v6 club games this happened of course if you need to know about this.Missing character skins
I had purchased the Bones and Dakota skins from NHL 25 and when I went into NHL 26 I found that I only had bones and Dakota was missing. It was by far my favorite skin and I’m upset that I don’t have it anymore and the old skins are available for purchase. Has anyone else had the same problem?Bruins Custom Pack Bug
Hi, I want to report an issue that I experienced with purchasing the Bruins custom pack. I'm playing on Xbox One X (gamertag RabbitNinja)and I purchased the pack and saved to my collection. The players nor the jersey appeared. I backed out of the game/quit and reloaded the game to find the same results. I repeated twice to find the same results. I purchased the pack again and saved to my collection to find now I have two packs in my collection. The jerseys are duplicates but I do have different players which is great but I didn't want to buy the pack twice. Thank you for your timeNo access to the salary perks or to calendar in be a pro
There is no menu option to access salary perks in be a pro. That menu randomly popped up once but not able to access it again as it’s not under any other tab in the be a pro home screen. Also, there seem to be another bug where we can no longer access the calendar in be a pro to see when are the upcoming games especially with the new energy feature that needs to be managed but only gets replenished once every week lMissing player cards
Spent all night grinding ranked to get mega pack couldn’t get anything above an 87 from the pack traded everything I had into three 88 superstar origins players game started being slow when trying to trade for a 90 so I closed it. When I reopened it the three 88 superstar players have dissapeared so I can’t trade for a 90 so over this game…Jagr in NHL
Hi, I've been dealing with Jágr's bug with support for several years now and I'm always told that it will be passed on and nothing ever happens. Because he is in the game twice - once under Alumni and once as an active player, the game has a problem with it. If I want to move Jágr as an active player from the Rytíři Kladno club to somewhere else, he will be given the age of 27 and all his statistics will be deleted like for Alumni players. The last time it worked was in NHL 22 I think and then it went wrong like this. However, there is such an easy solution as adding your "profile" to the duplicate so that it has its own statistics, age, etc. and can be moved around as you please. I think it should be something to think about when it comes to a player like that. Moreover, every year there is a greater and greater chance that it will no longer be possible when he finishes his career. We'll see if it works out, maybe someone will read it and do something about it :)Way to much crashing, way to much pay to play!
way to many crashes playing off line, which intern creates a loss for the player and no xp or coins which is freaking difficult to get at times. The only way to get it playing again is restarting the game why?????????????? That should never happen in this age of technology and gaming. You now force offline players to play your garbage wildcard which have had way to many issues including today. I don't overly enjoy online because it's very had to win against the majority of players, I was born with one hand so playing a game like this is already challenging enough but when I can see clearly they have a stack team overall is way beyond my current overall. I'm not paying to play i, like everyone else has paid for the game, and yet here we are having to lose cards so you can create a card so you can actually play and continue. I'm pretty much at the point of saying screw it and stop buy your games because it's all about the money. Not our problem that you paid 55 billion for the business. This change should have been good but yet it's been garbage just pay to play a game the you already paid for ........just doesn't make sense. Oh and I did purchase the 300 dollar controller just so I could play at least so so . Edit: Removed offensive comment and swearing. -CM
