Lobbies are already full of hackers
Hi yall, I'm assuming people have been noticing that the EA PVZ GW2 lobbies seem to have something going on. I have been speaking to an agent today 4/10/2026 and have been told: "What you’re describing (1 HP lobbies, invisibility, instant deaths, hacked modifiers already active when joining) is consistent with a known widespread server‑side exploit, not something caused by individual players in specific lobbies. That’s also why: -Changing regions doesn’t help -Every lobby appears affected -It’s difficult or impossible to identify a single “hacker” -Reporting individual players doesn’t resolve the situation." I have also been told by the agent that we need to report it as the players. I have been experiencing these issues with the servers for the past 2-3 days. But if many people want to play the lobbies, please report the issue. Thank you, A concerned player
Can't Receive Purchased Items
Hello, I’m playing on my iPhone, and my account is set to Ireland. Today I purchased the Plant Pass, while the system told me “The purchase was successful,” the game showed: “Something went wrong with this purchase. Please restart the app to try again.” I thought it might fix itself after a while, so I then bought the Starter Pack. However, the Starter Pack contents still never arrived. I bought it two more times, and then realized that my card was charged every single time. I tried restoring purchases, but it says “No Purchases to Restore.” What should I do? Has anyone else had the same issue?Daily Missions Dissapearing
Today i was seeing how the wise tree guy who gave u missions keep putting that red dot when i already did all the missions, so i talked about it with some people on a discord server, and they told me that sometimes when that happens they missions just dissapears, and thats exactly what happened to me today, at 5:00 P.M whichs is when My daily missions get restarted, there we're all there, but when i close the Game and came back a fee hours later, there wasnt any mission, and the Game keeps saying i already did it, but i didnt and neither gave me The rewards :(Missing Content Crash
Recently when I beat a level of the Springening Thymed Event in PvZ 2 on IOS 26.4, my game keeps crashing every single time. Can you please fix the missing assets bug on iOS 26.4? I purchased PvZ: Battle for Neighborville Complete Edition on the Nintendo eShop, but the Deluxe Content (Skins for Peas of Chick'n and Judge Z) is missing from my account.I’ve already contacted Nintendo Support (Case #260222-005199 and they confirmed my license is active. I also spoke with EA Chat (Case #238457006 , but they couldn't grant the items manually and sent me here.Could a Community Manager please verify my linked EA Account and sync the Entitlements for the Deluxe Content? I have my eShop receipt ready to provide as proof. Thank you!
