Mass False Bans for “Balance Transfer” on PC
Throwback to 24.12.25, when EA’s automated detection system flagged thousands of PlayStation accounts for “balance transfer.” After 8–10 hours, they fixed the issue and unbanned everyone with a single click. Everyone thought the problem was resolved, the Wildcards promo continued, and the money kept flowing. Now, three weeks later, guess what’s happening on PC? Exactly the same thing that happened on Christmas Eve. Multiple accounts in my community have been banned over the span of just two days. Casual players, traders — you name it. I even tested the issue myself by hopping onto unused accounts, trading a few cards, and playing a couple of Rivals games. And guess what? After about 10 hours of normal gameplay, I got banned for literally no reason. We didn’t sell coins. Most of us didn’t use any external web app add-ons or bots. Just regular Weekend League gameplay with some trading on the side to improve our teams — literally using the in-game market as intended. My friends and I did some research to figure out what might have caused this. We reviewed the cards we bought and sold, as well as our profits and losses. Across all 14 accounts, there was exactly one common card purchased on every single account: Ibanez Winter Wildcard. The point of this post is to make this issue public and hopefully get it noticed by someone at EA. Many people have lost their time, money, and nerves. EA Help’s policy is based almost entirely on automated responses, so when you try to appeal a ban, you’re stuck resending the same message only to get rejected by a bot 24 hours later. It’s incredibly frustrating. I've already made a post on Reddit and X both got quite a big attention, but still no action by EA. So please, if you’re in the same situation, upvote this post. Bring Back VOlTA!
Hey EA team, I really think you should bring VOLTA back. In FC 24, it was honestly perfect — complete, stylish, and full of fun. Then in FC 25, you changed it to “3v3” and removed goalkeepers. We accepted that and moved on, even though it was a big downgrade. But now, in FC 26, VOLTA is gone completely — and there’s really no logical reason for that. It doesn’t hurt anyone to keep it in the game. Those who enjoy it will play it, and those who don’t can simply ignore it. You wouldn’t lose anything by keeping it, but you’d make a lot of players very happy. Please reconsider bringing VOLTA back. It was pure football fun — colorful, creative, and one of the best ways to just enjoy the game with friends. ⚽💛
Xbox FC26 Mass “Coin Distribution” Permanent Bans

My main account(xbox ID: peterzhang80)– recent FC Points purchase, unused. 2. My RTG account(xbox ID: ty zhang8520) – started heavy play last week; zero trades. 3. Friends – normal SBCs, manual small buys only. Common points: • All Xbox. • All hit ~18:10 Beijing Time. • Zero coin farming, zero bots, zero transfers. Attachments: • 1st Red-mail( ban me have no reason) watch the mail's TIME • 2nd Red-mail ( I swear I didn't buy or sell any coins) • Case pages. ( after the 2nd mail, the status turns to decline) • Purchase receipts. (recharged the fc pionts, still leaving in my accounts) •My RTG account also got banned yesterday, I just use it one week( at the same time 18:14pm Beijing time) •My friends account(one of my friends, actually we have more than 10 members got banned in this week ) the funny things, He got the yellow ban after the red ban. High-Priority Recommendation: Native Face-Scanning System for EA FC 26
High-Priority Feature Request As a long-term supporter of the franchise across both Steam and the EA App, I am formally recommending the re-introduction of a professional-grade Face Scan/Game Face system for EA FC 26. With the current-gen engine now fully utilizing Cranium Technology, the framework for high-fidelity custom heads already exists. It is time to allow the community to bridge the gap between "Generic" avatars and "Star Head" realism. Key Technical Recommendations: Direct PC Webcam Integration: Allow PC users to perform a multi-angle "Live Scan" directly within the customization menu to generate a 3D mesh. High-Res Photo Upload: Enable a feature to upload front and side-profile photos. The Frostbite engine can then use AI-mapping to project these textures onto the player model. Cross-Mode Synchronization: Ensure the scanned face is tied to the EA Account ID, allowing it to be used seamlessly across Player Career, Clubs, and Volta. Competitive Advantage: Implementing this would bring EA FC 26 in line with other major sports titles that have offered mobile and native scanning for years, significantly increasing player retention in "Persona-driven" modes. Chemistry and Positions EA needs to drop the realism gimmick. This is a game, not a simulation. It makes no sense that a professional RW cant play LW because of position locks. Top athletes can adapt - maybe less effective, but still functional! The old chemistry drop (10 to 7) made far more sense when playing someone out of position. Let us manage our own club. It should be our tactical choice - not a system restriction. Bring back managerial freedom! Menus and Game Modes Neglect Every year we are told menus are revamped, yet they are never finished. Once sales targets are met, support stops. We were promised stadium customization back in 2021. Four years later, we still cant search or filter stadiums, kits, or badges, or the option to search for long sleeve kit. Moments mode was meant to be a fast, fun alternative to Squad Battles. It hasnt been updated for months. Formations and Tactical Imbalance Formation behavior has hit rock bottom. Old, balanced systems are now unplayable because of Roles and neglected tactical tuning. 4-3-2-1 needs a narrow variant with a CDM and inside forwards (LF/RF). 4-2-3-1 and 4-2-2-2 play like a 4-2-4. CAMs push too high. 4-4-2 (standard): CMs move higher than LM/RM, even with balanced instructions. Wide players ignore all defensive duties. Inside forwards, wingers, and wide midfielders do not respond to any defensive role. CMs: Defensive midfielder, yet the description says offers themselves in attacking phase. Wasn't he a defensive midfielder? 4-4-2 (2) CDM: Far too wide wingers, wide CDMs, wide strikers and unsynchronized. Huge gaps between lines, no compactness. Gameplay / Rewards Finishing is horrible. Power shots, driven shots, finesse - all unreliable unless tied to a PlayStyle+, which still is barely good enough. Competitive balance is gone; Division 1 players can lose to Division 10 opponents in chaotic, random matches because of the lack of tactical variation, lack of skill gap, and lack of attacking mechanics. Rewards/Red Picks were never the issue – the content inside them was. Bring them back with better rewards and Evo integration. Skill Expression and Reward Players who have mastered advanced mechanics – cancels, directional exits, ball rolls, McGeady cancels – aren’t rewarded anymore. The game rewards straight-line running and low-effort play over creativity or precision. Draft and Motivation Draft is the same as FIFA 19 – outdated interface, broken chemistry, repetitive teams. There’s no excitement left. Nobody pays 80 dollars to scroll menus and look at 45 different store packs. What EA Needs To Do: Add new and updated formations, including modern systems used by top managers. Rework and update all other formations. Manually fix formation width, attacking and defensive AI, and player positioning across all setups. Or give us the option ASAP until you bring back the Legacy system from FUT 23. Reduce the distance between the striker and the rest of the team – attacks constantly break apart. Fix 4-4-1-1, where CAM and ST push too far forward with no support. CMs should act as deep-lying playmakers who defend, not statues, and wingers must actively attack and defend until you bring back the Legacy system from FUT 23. Fix 4-2-3-1 so half-wingers actually track back, and Playmaker + Build Up creates a CAM that defends realistically like the come-back-on-defence mechanic until you bring back the Legacy system from FUT 23. In 4-4-2 and 4-4-1-1, CMs should behave closer to CDMs, not acting like shadow strikers leaving all defensive duties until you bring back the Legacy system from FUT 23. Wingers in 4-4-2, 4-4-1-1 etc. must be able to track back, not stand still watching the defence suffer until you bring back the Legacy system from FUT 23. Buff finishing outside the box. Give all wingers the opportunity to play on both wings until you bring back the Legacy system from FUT 23. Bring back Red Picks. Fix Moments. Fix transfer market filters (stadiums, kits). Fix 4-2-3-1 CAMs and 4-2-2-2 half-wingers so they defend and stay compact. Fix CM behavior in 4-4-2 and 4-4-1-1 so they don’t stand still waiting to crash the box until you bring back the Legacy system from FUT 23. Allow wide midfielders and wingers to defend. Provide more Role+ and Role++ options for wide midfielders. Allow wingers to play in central formations (4-3-2-1 / 4-2-3-1 / 4-2-2-2) until you bring back the Legacy system from FUT 23. Add a Defend and Support instruction for LM, RM, RW, LW, and CAM. Add a Stay Central option for CAM and ST. All these solutions would be half-decent until you bring back the legacy system. The game hasn’t been half-decent since the switch from FIFA to FC IQ. IQ is the biggest lie of them all. The tactical system peaked in 23, where we had 33 chem but could still play players out of position, like RW Jairzinho lining up at LW. Does EA even realise how insanely hard it is to build a good team now? No red picks, no icon picks, no icon swaps, barely any player picks. I haven’t packed anything useful since FIFA 23. Example of why, EA should allow us to field our best XI: Pretty sure, i had nothing else than bronzes left in the club, after grinding, Cruyff, Jairzinho, Kaka, Alonso, Zidane, Cafu, Ramos all were SBC! Everything is untradeable, so after months of grinding you sit with great players you can’t even fit. Imagine packing Jairzinho or Zidane and wanting them in 4222 or 4231 – what then? Zidane at CDM? Kaká out wide in 4411? It’s not a free game. We grind every week, coin balance sits at 10–20k, and we still get punished. And then I'm expected to bench Kaká or Jairzinho because the game won’t let me use my own players where I want? Just let us place our best cards anywhere like before. Stop forcing restrictions. We play the game – give us control over our own squads.Can't look up other teams and players in player career mode. No longer a option.
In player career mode I liked having the option to look up all the champions league teams and then look up whatever team you want to see and you could see what players were on the team compare attributes and that option has been ghosted in this years game. Sometimes it was the only way to find out where certain players were sold too but it took time and I didn't mind it. You could pull up every team you played in the preseason tournament, league play, cup play even if your team wasn't in champions league and was in Europa league (just an example). Anybody else kinda upset that they get rid of this option (I bet there's a million players feeling like I do about this) but instead some savant there in EAFC 26 thinks it's better to give us the option to decide whether we want to choose and pick out 1 of the 25 stupid face masks. I just don't understand how you could take value and replace with child's play with these stupid face masks. I'd love to know who was the genius who had the final say on whether or not to keep these face masks and said "Yahtzee we got ourselves a winner here with these face masks and while we're at it let's keep this stupid social media thing that's just all around TERRIBLE. And lastly I could careless what my agent has to say because there is ZERO VALUE in EVERYTHING that she does. It's a annoyance along with the face masks and a huge disappointment that taking away the option if we wanted to look up teams and players by competition and league play. It's a huge let down. It's as if the things that need replaced with better ideas were instead kept and the options that I'm almost certain all player career mode players used just as much as I do. We can't even look up other leagues to see how teams were performing. It was nice to be able to look up the table in La Liga for example or Bundesliga. When I choose what teams I wanted to possibly play for the following season the first thing I did was to see what place they were in and use that as a tool to decide. It just feels like everything that should've been pulled and thrown away to hell we're kept and the few good options that we actually depended on were not included in this years game. I'm seriously considering calling my bank and having them refund me my money that I just spent on this game because it's terrible and this isn't what I was expecting. The game got worse and the ball is still going through a players leg or head or even right through a GK's glove. This game is a GIGANTIC DISAPPOINTMENT.
Add Online World Cup-Style Tournament Mode
Hello EA SPORTS FC team, I would like to strongly request the addition of a proper Online World Cup / International Tournament Mode, similar to the excitement we had during the FIFA World Cup in Qatar. Back then, one of the most enjoyable experiences was being able to: Choose a national team Play a full online tournament against real players Go through a knockout bracket (group stage → round of 16 → quarterfinals → final) Experience the feeling of a real World Cup competition online This created a very competitive and immersive mode that many players loved, especially during the World Cup period. What I am suggesting: Please add a permanent or recurring Online International Tournament Mode with the following features: Full Online Knockout Tournament Players select national teams (e.g. Croatia, Brazil, France, etc.) 48-team or 32-team bracket format Real-time matchmaking against other players Group stage + knockout rounds (just like real World Cup format) Co-op 2v2 Online Option Allow players to invite a guest/friend Play as a duo (2v2) in online tournament matches Same national team or custom co-op teams This would make the mode even more fun for friends playing together Rewards and Progression Cosmetic rewards (kits, badges, stadium themes) Seasonal ranking or leaderboard for tournament performance Special World Cup event weekends Limited-Time Events Could be released during international breaks or World Cup years Or as a recurring event in FUT / Online Seasons Why this is important: This mode was one of the most exciting parts of previous FIFA World Cup experiences. It felt unique because it was not just Ultimate Team or regular online seasons — it was a true competitive international tournament against real players. Many players still miss this experience and would love to see it return in EA SPORTS FC as a dedicated online mode. Thank you for reading, and I hope this idea reaches the development team.
Can’t Find Opponents in Ultimate Team – Division Rivals Time Lost
Hello EA Support, I cant find any opponents in EA FC 26 Ultimate Team Division Rivals. It keeps saying Searching for opponent and never connects. I already tried everything: restarted router, disabled crossplay, flushed DNS, renewed IP, and checked NAT type but nothing works. I just came back from my night shift and wanted to finish my Division Rivals games before the weekly deadline but I lost all my time because of this issue. My online access to FC 26 on PC through EA app was banned...... I have spent hundreds if not thousands on packs and EA refuse to help me and continue to say they reviewed and determined I bought coins..... I have never and would never even if I am spending well over 1-2 thousand on packs.... I packed Zidane WW tradable after spending hundreds and didn't even get banned then but now that I start selling off thunderstruck and ww cards I get banned. I can't even play Toty promo because of this. Can anyone help me or direct me to someone who can actually help... Ty
