Cannot connect to EA Servers, but all other online games are working
I have been playing EA Games for a while with no problems. Just this Monday all of a sudden none of my games will connect to the EA Servers. Both for games on EA Play and games I purchased in full on my xbox. I have Xbox Gamepass ultimate and confirmed the account is active. I worked with EA Support and they confirmed my EA Play is active. But I still cannot connect to the EA Servers. Please help, this is my third post regarding this and I really want to play the games I paid good money for.how did i lose please help
i was play CFB RTG and i have the ball down by 3 with 12ish seconds so i kick my field goal i go on happy its going into OT, i put a perfect kick my opponent picks it up on the 5 yard line. then he takes a knee ready for over time for it only to say i lost. i was so confused do you lose if you tie now is it a glitch please i deserve the win.(i have photo proof to).We have players purposely desync games to get wins when losing
I was playing squad duos and we came across two Xbox players who was making my wifi spike the entire game in the last 2:00 of the 4th quarter we were up 7 points and he got a defensive stop to win the game all of a sudden me and my duo was disconnected from the game there accounts are [Removed - EA_Barry] Ea support this is not acceptable please ban these players
How do they keep getting away with this
Imagine a company that makes the same product for decades and they still get it wrong. I really don't understand how these heaping piles of absolute garbage get released every year. Every year we as fans and lovers of the sport give it a chance every year and it sucks. You cover up how good it is with stupid gimmicks that no one even wants and then that doesn't even work. Why don't yall produce something actually worth spending my money on that i go out everyday to get while yall sit on your butts and say, "eh, it'll do". EVERY. YEAR. i know im repeating myself here but I really don't understand how yall have been making the SAME EXACT PRODUCT FOR DECADES and it still isn't right. If any other company did that, they'd go under. But, EA doesn't care. Madden and college football is for their light bill and that's it to them. They're just gonna keep shoving the same terrible game down our throats cause they have a monopoly on the football video game world. I genuinely feel as though the heads of Madden don't listen to or care what the actual fans and people who play the game have to say, its all about what the suits and ties want. I'm sure this goes against some kind of rule cause they don't want something negative on there period but its time we say and do something about this. its ridiculous at this point. im so tired of these inconsistent games with nothing but bs. im gonna throw for 350 yards and then get taken out of the game automatically weather i want to or not and then i fail my challenge of needing 400+ yds for really no reason. cause i was too good, im getting punished. increases the difficulty just increases the chances of ridiculous things that shouldn't happen, happen. how does that make any sense. The clock does whatever the hell it wants to. every player has the awareness of a smushed peanut unless its the defender when you throw the ball or try to get out of the pocket. then theyre the greatest lineman or db in the history of the game. it takes 10,000 hours to just get to the next screen no matter what youre trying to do. and this is just the tip of the iceberg. now i can't even start the game on the cloud through my xbox app, I have to go through the website and play it on a freaking web browser. there's more messed up things than things that actually work and its considered a success. then EA gets influencers that they pay to only say good things about the game to make it look better and its honestly disgusting. fix your game.Cheated Out of Natty Packs
I was playing my National Championship (Campus Legend tier), blowing-out my opponent at halftime. He comes out in an onside kick, doesn't recover it, and I "conveniently" am immediately met with a message saying I've been disconnected from the EA servers. My Xbox remained connected, my phone, my computer, all other devices in my home were never disconnected. There was never a dip in my internet. Either EA's servers went bad on me, or my opponent booted me off the EA servers. Either way, I was cheated out of my three National Championship packs (and I believe a Victory Formation pack as well, not to mention the "loss" on my record, but that I care slightly less about). I've provided undeniable proof (clip of the event attached) of me being cheated out of what I earned. I contacted EA support, and had at least two hours wasted. The guy blatantly lied to me, saying that he was "about to give me the packs, but my supervisor stopped me." I'm here, asking for a community manager to help me obtain the rewards I earned.Road to CFP
Every single game I play, the opponent is always experiencing network issues when I’m playing offensive. But when they get the ball , it brings the same pop up message when they snap the ball , causing my screen to freeze, and then when it unfreezes they have already passed and I get barely any time to make any defensive plays!! What’s the fix to this ???
