Can't Access Save Files or Gallery
After the new update downloaded, I cannot see ANY of my save files. My gallery is completely empty from all my saved families, lots, etc. and I've tried and tried to fix this. I have HOURS of missing content, like... a lot. I do not play with mods, so that is not a factor. I have tried: "repairing files," uninstalling and reinstalling the game, restarting my computer, etc. Nothing has worked. The last time I had this issue, EA swapped over from Origins, and I had to manually transfer data files. That is not an option this time. Any assistance would be deeply appreciated.Graphics issues just started
Hello, i’m hoping someone can help but this just started maybe a week ago. My computer is fairly new. I got it last summer i’ve been playing on this computer since then and it’s been fine up until recently. I opened it last week and upon startup this is what the game looks like, please see picture. Other than that the game seems to function as normal. I just can’t see anything please help. I don’t have any mods or anything special.
"Not Enough Memory," says game with 10 GB to work with
I downloaded Sims 4 again off the EA app after a year or so away and have been struggling to get the game to launch for the past few hours. Every attempt ends right as the music begins to play and before any of the main menu options appear. Then an error pop-up pops up and says "Unable to start: The game has run out of memory. (223471fd:0d5ce3eb:000000c8:00000000)" However, I have plenty of space for it to work. I have 16 GB of memory, 6.5 of which are currently being used which leaves 9.5 GB for the game to assumedly take advantage of, yet it refuses. I've tried repairing, uninstalling, reinstalling, and moving it to a separate disk. My other PC specs more than exceed the recommended for this game. No mods, various add ons but no new ones since the last time I played which went fine.[COLLECTION] Issues with Categorization/Filters (CAS)

Unable to get OneDrive to use my files with Sims 4
Hi, I am having trouble with getting One Drive to work with my game. This happened before when my Windows 11 computer updated itself. I was able to get One Drive to work and get my games back by logging into OneDrive app (my computer logged me out when it updated). Today it seems my computer updated itself again. When I started Sims 4, my games again were not there. I went to the One Drive cloud. All of my game files are there. One Drive was still signed in, but it is not bringing my saved games to the game. How do I do that? I tried to find out, but I am unable to figure it out. Please, is anyone able to help me? My game is total mess after the update
I uploaded the newest things. I tried for the first time to play scenarios. I bought a house, but when sims went there. There was no house, I could not build anything because there will be no walls (but money did go down). I added a room and the furniture did come up but no walls. My sims could not even go into the lot. I tried to make a new sim, but then the screen was white and then it crashed. I did this multiple times. I tried to load my own family, but when I tried to get them to a house, game said that they have 0 money, so i cant buy any since they were not anymore in their house. The thing that the game said was "The game failed to save. Please exit to the main menu and then click play to reload the game. Error code: 22) "An unknown error occurred. Code 00000008:00000000000000c8 My game version is: 1.112.519.1020 DX11 I tried to delete the whole game and then install it and the add ons. But the same problems happened. I tried to repair the game from the EA app, I dont have any mods or stuff like that. I dont know what to do anymore. All of this happened after the update. I literally cant play any. And I really wanted to do the event stuff for the first time.
