[LD] Reaper: Dead Sim stuck standing on lot
I've tried resetting the sim, and they are not interactable unless I've collected a witness statement. It then allows me to follow the procedures such as checking the pulse, ect. It's when I listen to the Sim's plea is where the issue starts. After accepting to "revive," the so called deceased sim becomes non- interactable (the same happened before I interacted with the witness), although can be clicked on with cheats. I've had this one lot do this twice, so I'm not certain if it's designated to that one spot or if there might be others. I assume it might be some coding issue where it believes the sim deceased is still "alive" and moving, which might be the possibility of that triggering the issue, but I'm not sure. Discovery Quests won't go away/Constant Messages popping up
Ever since reaper rewards ended my game is contiously 'starting' the navigating needs and scoring simoleons discovery quests. I've tried completely the quests but that didn't work, they just kept restarting. Have also tried turning the quests and tutorials off/restarting/repairing the game but that isn't working either. And when I say keep starting I mean it's popping up multiple times a minute even when it's still 'active' My sims just gained over 15 thousand simoleons from the scoring simoleons quest just spam starting. Like....It keeps telling me my notification wall is full less than a minute after i delete all because these quests will not stop spamming me. I have no mods or ccs in my game. [LD] [CONSOLE] Can't click on genetics options after Rebirth
The 'reset to ressemble past sim' is completely broken. It just randomized features not even on the original sim. The mix genetics for rebirth is unusable because the overlay on console makes the cursor unable to interact with the genetic pop up thus cannot change parent or randomize child. Essentially I am forced to have a completely random npc looking sim because the reset and genetic option is broken. Edit: Added image of original sim. The clip shows what occurs with the overlay. When I press toggle cursor which is usually the solution when it's stuck on a overlay it will automatically close the genetics window. The clip is just after I pressed the ressemble past sim button. All the button does is change the brown eyes to yellow (neither in previous sim) if I age up then it adds vampire scars (also not on previous sim). I've tried for three hours pressing different buttons and inputs, nothing worked. The genetic window is on some non selectable overlay and toggling the cursor is impossible without closing the window. The ressemble past sim is just broken. I can understand the eyes and ears not always translating to infants but every feature is non identical to the reborn sim, the button is just broken. It's important to mention when genetics was first added the console had his same issue, I got so frustrated I stopped playing for a year and when I came back it was fixed. The cursor, overlay on console has always had issues and has been broken like this with updates and new features before. I just hope it will be fixed soon. [LD] Sim still has ghost moodlets and ability from Out of Body Experience
I created a new Sim so I could try out the latest expansion and I made her a Macabre Sim who was employed in the Undertaker career. There apparently is a little mystery you have to do with the Mortician career track and I needed to become a ghost to try and solve it. I had her go into the Baleful Bog to have an Out of Body Experience and when she came back from that, she was left with becoming angry all the time. The moodlet just keeps appearing after it goes away and lasts for a couple of hours each time. Edit By Crinrict: Adjusted Title fit bug report at AHQ
[ECO] Hardly any Sims visiting Community Space
In Evergreen harbour, all three community lots were voted to be Maker spaces. Since last update, apart from the Sim I am playing, the only people that visit the lot are the experts in their field who mentor. Previously random people would turn up, including children as there is a kids craft area. Now there are no vendors to man sales table or people for these mentors to teach. I don't have any mods loaded or use cheats. I will experiment with a new game to see if it is the same. I've played with community lots a lot, so know how they used to operate.
